The employees are really courteous and they really care.
I'm new to the area and they are great at noticing when you look lost in the aisles and helping. Thank you!

Great customer service from the back to the front cashier. Looking lost & bewildered, a young man was so patient, helpful and courteous assisting me until I was absolutely satisfied. I’m pretty sure I was a nuance and I apologized but he never lost his patience from the frozen juice section to checking on meat in the back where the packing is done. Thank you so much!

How can you not love this place?! Karen is the best cashier! We chit chat about life whenever we check out. She knows lots of regulars! And the place is always clean and stocked!

Walgreens sucks! They can't get my information strait. It's not the folks that works their. Walgreens can't get my stuff correct , from the get go. The old pharmacy , was managed much better.

Like the store, shame it's a little far away. They are very polite. 3 people came up and asked how I was doing and if they could help.

This store's bakery dept is great!
Fresh oven baked Rotesserie chickens. Fried chicken and even individually packaged meals. Pharmacy is now Walgreens.

Clean and staff was a great help. Could find what I was looking for very easily. Price a little high on fresh veggies and fruits.

Wow, gotta stop here. Very clean, and easy to shop. Cashier's very friendly, as well as respectful and courteous. But this got my fancy, Watermelon ice cream...Yumm

Love buying the sticker milk (milk on sale has a yellow sticker)

Nice store. Clean and fresh. A little pricey unless you shop the sales. But quality stuff. Easy parking and quick registers.

This is the cleanest and FRIENDLIEST grocery store. Even though we have an Albertsons and Walmart in Denison, we drive the short 10 minute drive to Pottsboro to come to Brookshires!

Great store. Modem look. Old fashioned friendly service. Pleasure to shop there.

Great store and very nice people! One of the lot attendants/baggers helped load my mother's groceries into the car and then took her electric cart back into the store after we were finished. That's the kind of customer service that isn't offered at most stores.

A delightful find on out family vacation
I found everything we needed to feed a group of 8 for 10 days. High quality products and the most helpful and pleasant employees I’ve ever encountered. I’m stopping by on my way home to pick up a few things to take home.

Michaela in the bakery department made my husband’s birthday cake with detail and precision. It is gorgeous and delicious.
