Greg was the best Sunday bartender you can ask for. Very cool, laid-back place to enjoy on our Sunday ride. We will definitely be back. The pizza is very good quality, not what you would expect from a bar.

This place rules. We’ve seen Shanley every time we’ve been here and she’s wonderful. So is the queso with the meats in it. And the onion rings. And the pizza. And the live music. This place is a gem.

I gave Greg a five stars with atmosphere service and food . He was very friendly and made our experience very nice . Oh the pizza and Long Island was amazing …

Stopped by for a quick Saturday lunch. Chicken sandwich was great although a bit greasy for my taste. Onion rings were great. Service top notch. Greg was fanatastic. Very knowledgeable and personable as well as upbeat about Kickbacks, very refreshing. Definitely will come here again. Plus Blood and Honey in a bottle

We came here to watch the rangers game, after being turned down by another establishment to play it. We were absolutely not disappointed. Greg was our bartender, he was very personable and kept the bar crowd entertained and happy for the duration of our stay. We will be back with friend EVERY sunday because of our great experience! Awesome laid back place. Everyone is friendly from the staff to the patrons. Every staff member we have encountered have treated us like family. Greg is our absolute favorite but we also have had nothing but great experiences dealing with Shanley, Zan, Jane, Samuel and Courtney. Karaoke on Friday 8-12 is ran by a man with an amazing voice and awesome personality. Food is pretty good. My boyfriend loves the patty melt and loaded fries. Thanks for making us feel welcome!

Great place to spend a Thursday or Friday evening. This was my second visit and the atmosphere is amazing. Live music and reasonably priced food and drinks are top tier. My server was Tabitha and she was great. She was attentive and friendly ! Even being busy she kept her positive attitude and friendly service. She is definitely one of the reasons we come back! She even remembers us from the week before. The bar tender tonight was Candice and she made every drink great. We didn't have to wait a long time for drinks and they were made perfectly. This is definitely becoming the go to spot for drinks and dinner for me and anyone I can recommend.

Went to Kickback’s Backyard & it was amazing! Delicious drinks, yummy food, & a great atmosphere. Ashley was our server and she did a good job of making sure we had everything we could want. We shared the Kickn’ Nachos & they were great about making sure I didn’t have anything I’m allergic too. My little one loved the fries & okra. Then I had an Impossible burger made my way, & it had excellent flavor and texture. Tasted like a real burger! The couple that came with said they really liked the build your own salad & brisket sandwich. Then we headed to the outdoor area to listen to live music & the seating is comfortable, kid friendly, & the fans kept it cool! (Even in the 100° weather) Will definitely come back again & highly recommend!

This place is everything I could have asked for from a restaurant. My wife and I have ordered at least half of the items on their menu and we've absolutely loved every single one. The chef does not miss! One person can eat for $15 at full menu price with a beer. The pizza is delicious. The boneless wings are delicious, I really like their teriyaki sauce. My wife has had their tacos, the chicken sandwich, and the pulled pork sandwich, all amazing. We've also had their chips and queso, the loaded fries, and the nachos. Again, every single one was delicious.

Oh, AND they have great live music frequently. Make sure to check their Facebook and website for events and artists. The music is usually Fridays and Saturdays.

Heard was a good place and had to come check out ourselves! Very sweet waiter, great atmosphere and plenty of entertainment. Food was SO good. We had a burger onion rings and the cheese fries, 10/10 recommend all was delicious and we will be back again! I hear their pizzas are really good so we will have to try that next!

Love this bar! Sam in the kitchen makes awesome food! Courtney, Zan and Greg behind the bar are absolutely amazing! Always the best service and great drinks. Lots of fun events and live music! If you haven’t tried this place out do yourself a favor and check it out!

Shaun was a great bartender. And he definitely deserves the 5 dollar tip that he’s supposed to get from this review!.. only thing better than the service was the music/platlist… 2005/2010 feel good pop punk is the best way I can put it. Imagine American pie Spotify playlist. ON POINT!

We stopped in for a few rounds of pool and adult beverages. This place did not disappoint ! Our bartender ZAN was great ! We visited on a Thursday night free pool 1/2 price appetizers $2 domestics 20% off pizza and my mixed drink was discounted too ! There was a live music competition as well ! The pizza was sooo good & the fried mushrooms too. If we're ever back in the area we'll stop in again for sure !

Courtney was by FAR the best bartender I've ever had... And I'm an alcoholic through and through. I've been to literally hundreds of bars in my lifetime, but my experience whilst being waited on by her had been by FAR the best experience I've had thus far. What an amazing place overall, but top that with the amazing people they have working there and it's, bar none, the best bar in the county. 10/10 - will return

I usually go to Kickbacks on Wednesday ...open mike night. Local musicians and singers, organized by Oliver White. Just for donations. The musical talent in Denison is amazing. Patrons are diverse, friendly and fun loving. The bartender, Courtney, once she has served you, remembers what you drink and has it ready when you've made it thru the front door. If you're looking for something to do mid week try Kickbacks for some wonderful music and friendly company. I think the music starts around 7pm and it closes about 10.30pm.

Courtney is phenomenal! We chose this place based on reviews while traveling from IA back to Houston and found the reviews to be perfect! Fun people, great food, especially the cheese curds and wings (I liked the Cajun rub the best but the spicy orange siracha were really good too) and the beer is spectacularly cold!

Best food I’ve had in a very, very long time!! Great atmosphere too! They’ve done a really great job of the remodel of the place!! Can’t wait to come back when in town again for some live music on the back patio!
