Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Reasonably priced and we always have a good time, but are sore afterwards. It's worth it though!!

Amazing time was had by all. This young man who was helping people with the zip line was entertaining the kids with magic tricks while they waited for their turn and it was so cute. Only thing I could say was that the foam pit needed some more foam. But other than that it was awesome!

I just wanna give your employees a BIG shout out! They’re so patient with the kiddos that come through.
It was our first time visiting your establishment yesterday and I will most definitely come back with our group. I wanna commend one employee I hate that I didn’t get his name, but he made sure the kids were getting properly harnessed at the zip line cause the kids were so excited and harnessing their selves while waiting. But, he redid them before he sent them on their way. Big kuddos to that kid!

The kids loved it. Needs more for small kids.

Great place for kids. Buttttt,Take your hand sanitizer tho. Bathroom floors stay wet and your kid wears socks... Think about that.

So my kids love this place. So I can’t complain. Welllll, actually a little because every time we come here my kids get sick shortly after. Yikes. But they love it, so I guess it’s worth it 🤷🏻‍♀

Maybe disinfect a little better? Hm…?

Today was our 1st visit and it blew me away!! We held a birthday party for my 7 year old and everyone had a blast. The staff was amazing - great attitudes and wonderful/caring with the kids. The facility had a lot of attractions and was fun for everyone. We will be going back 10/10!

Had the Best Hostess for the birthday party! She went up with the Birthday girl when she got scared!

The new GM, Arron, has truly turned this place around. It’s much cleaner, staff morale seems higher, and all the attractions seem to be running more smoothly & safely. I highly recommend this Urban, other stores in the area should take note on what Arron has been doing right!

This is a very well run and clean urban air. I came here with 4 kiddos on a Saturday and I couldn’t believe how well run the facility was. Lots of staff at all the many children areas and the cafe/ eatery. 26$ for all of the attractions and the food is decently priced as well 16$ full pizza or 3$per slice. I spent a full hour on one of the massage chairs 20$ very we’ll worth it. Plus, I know my kids will sleep great tonight. I have been to sooooo many of the jumping/ amusement parks all over the dfw metroplex and this is definitely the best well run park that I have ever attended.

Aaron was so amazing to us! He made my 7 year olds birthday party so special. He went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs.

Really excited about this place. Great activities for all ages(our kids are 2 and 6). Facility is clean and staff are friendly.

Kids and adults had a blast at my great grandaughter's birthday party! Ages 3 to 87!

This was our first time. My son, and I, had a blast! It's a great place to come let the kiddos burn energy. Everyone was friendly. The big reason why I want to leave a review, is because of the guy who was working the sky line thing. He was the only one working it. And there were a LOT of kids wanting to go. He was harnessing kids, running back and forth to the other side to push kids on, taking harnesses off. I wish I would have asked for his name. He definitely deserves some recognition. I know I would have been exhausted and overwhelmed.

Took my daughter here and the place was great! There was a staff member that really stood out to me and my family! La'tiria was PHENOMENAL at helping my little girl get over her fears of the rock climbing area! She worked with her sssooo well and cheered her on while explaining how everything worked. (my daughter's first time ever trying this out). La'tiria was so attentive and so respectful. She is all around an amazing human being!

We had a Great experience! The Staff was fantastic!!! Our school came & all grades from kindergarten to 4th grade had a Blast! We adults hD a Blast also!!!

So much fun for all ages!!! We had my nieces birthday party there and we all had a blast, there is so much to do and its all a blast! We will definitely be going back!

THE KIDS LOVE IT. I can't stand being around that many misbehaving humans. I was stuck there for 4 hours.

My daughter (16) gets bullied by 11 year old boys every time. She also lost her flip phone there once and the staff was very helpful but never found the flip phone. Every time we go there's these salty girls in the dodge ball area that harass multiple members of my family. We went to the front desk to complain and we found out the girl was a younger sister of a employee there and this was a continuing problem because the girl thinks she can do whatever she wants and not get kicked out. Overall a wonderful place to get the kids energy out and toughen them up a little. I take them almost every weekend. 5 stars!!!

Such a blast even as an adult but don't use the massage chairs they don't work and steal your money
