Unique Dinner Restaurant/Ice-cream parlor/grocery store. A great place for a quick meal, or just to enjoy a treat.

Evening shift is very friendly and attentive to customers. Heather and Chevelle did a great job! I called called to tell the day manager about the positive experience, and she just said, "Okay, anything else?" 😒 I will stick to evenings.

Unbelievable! I paid for this awesome dessert $3.76! Yes, in July 2023!

I was by myself and entered the restaurant about 9:45 - 10.:00p.m. and the booths were full of kids with a line of kids and coaches to the order counter that had been competing in a track meet. The manager told me to come with her to the front of the line where she allowed me to order my meal ahead of the kids and adults of which said for me to go ahead of them to order as well. It probably saved me 40 minutes of wait time or more before ordering. They were very prompt in preparing my Chicken Strip dinner and I had told them that I wanted a double dip ice cream cone after my meal at which time they were locking the doors and allowed me plenty of time to finish my meal as well as to eat my ice cream in comfort without being rushed so they could clean-up and go home.

The large chocolate almond shakes from braums are absolutely amazing chocolate lovers heaven 🥰😘

My grilled chicken club sandwich with bacon was delicious. Love that it was freshly cooked. The frozen yogurt mocha shake helped.

We always get our milk at Braums.They have a special of two gallons of milk for 6.00

Based off our last visit, about a month ago, we decided to try them again!
Upon ordering, my order was changed because I dislike tomatoes and lettuce, regardless, they got it right! It took less than 5 minutes from ordering to receive our food and shakes. The food was great, the order was correct, and the guy that took our order was extremely polite. This was exactly how we were treated on our last visit! Best restaurant in Eldorado! And to top it off, the restaurant was extremely busy! Way to go! I am seriously impressed!

Fast and efficient on the grocery side. Always has the best milk. Also their customers service was excellent this morning.

On 4/29/22 we stopped at Braums to have some cream. A storm was approaching from the southwest and just as we started in the door the tornado sirens started going off. The night manager ask that we all go to the walk-in cooler immediately. We did have the choice to leave or stay and we choose to stay. With all that being said I just want to commend the night manager and her staff. They were so accommodating and kind to each one of us. She had a fantastic group of young adults working for her. After about two hours and everything calmed down we left for our motel. But it was absolutely wonderful getting acquainted with all of them, great group of people.

There are so few places where you get great customer service anymore. This Braum’s has great customer service and great ice cream. Everyone that worked there was polite made you feel welcome.

Manager was so kind. She came up to me and asked if my sundae was good enough. I replied that it was perfect. She offered and gave me more crumbled butterfinger and Cherries 🍒 😀
