Dr. Andrews great bedside manner. He is compassionate and informative. He's also very calm, which is helpful if you get nervous about dentist appointments. Kristen has been cleaning my teeth for a year now and she does a stellar job. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff seems to genuinely enjoy being there. Work is affordable and they quote you before they do anything. I got a filling today and my appointment was 28 minutes long from when I checked in to when I left.

I am not one to leave reviews…. But I had to for this clinic. Like a lot of people I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist.. I had terrible experiences with my last dentist and dental hygienist. Let’s be real, not everyone flosses daily and brushes after every meal. Well my last hygienist was not very nice or ever professional in letting me know how terrible of a job I was doing.
This office though….. from the time I called to make an appointment and left the office, every person I talked with was so sweet and knowledgeable in their position at the office. Denise was my hygienist and was down to earth and very honest but exceptionally professional and funny about it. The dentist, introduced himself by his first name, Nolan. Told me what I needed, came up with a game plan- because, well……cavities and more! I didn’t feel embarrassed or judged like I did at my last dentist. I was finally at ease. Then checking out, the 2 gals were so nice to everyone and just simply sweet. Thank you Main Street dental for going above and beyond with your amazing patient care!!!!

Such a different experience then I’ve had at other offices. The hygienist was awesome. She got a spot off that was driving me nuts. She was so personable and not scolding like I’ve experienced at other offices. No matter what your needs are, they will take the time needed to give you the best service and make sure you know all the solutions without pressuring you for extra services.

Dr. was fantastic from start to finish. From helping make a plan to fix my admittedly neglected teeth, to doing the actual work. Every step was made painless (figuratively and physically) due to both his and his staff's dedication. I was a new patient of his this year and most recently had a tooth pulled and 5 fillings with plans for further work after the new year. For the first time in my 30 years of life I actually enjoyed going to the dentist and left feeling good physically and emotionally. I recommend Main Street Implant and Family Dentistry with my whole heart. They were amazing to work with and I look forward to going back.

I had great care at Dr. Nolan's office today, Main Street Dental. My hygienist, Denise, was gentle and caring. She gave good information as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Nolan, as always, finalized the exam with a smile!😃 I must also add, you have a fine office staff! Especially, Erica, she's a sweetie!

I decided to give Main Street Dental a try after the dentist I had gone to all my life retired. I will be a customer for hopefully the remainder of my life. The staff is very caring, professional and kind and the doctor goes above and beyond. He lets you know what you're about to feel and, for me, the pain (or sting) was far less than what I was anticipating. Doctor Andrews is even sensitive to the annoying pain you feel when your mouth has been open for a period of time and gives you breaks. The pricing is very reasonable, and as crazy as this sounds - I am looking forward to my next visit. I know I am in good hands.

I recommend DR. Nolan and staff to everyone. The whole family has switched over to main street they do a great job of explaining all your options and everything they are doing. They also make sure you are comfortable and not feeling any pain.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. After my previous dentist retired I was nervous about finding another great dentist. My mom and I have been going to Nolan for a few years now and we love it! If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

I needed an implant on a front tooth due to another dentist’s failed work! Not only did they get me in immediately, they got the work done immediately and gave me my smile back! Dr Nolan and his staff are excellent from the time you walk in to the time you leave! Dr Nolan will not let you leave the office unless he is 100% happy with his work. He is very friendly, personable and takes the time to explain everything to you! I highly recommend this office!

We love coming to get our teeth cleaned at Main Street Dentistry. They are very prompt and friendly. Kristen and I always has a great conversation during our appt. Dr. Nolan always is friendly and always goes over any concerns with our teeth. My youngest daughter was so excited that she made Dr. Nolan a picture and he was so enthusiastic about it.

For someone who was very stressed about going to the dentist, my experiences since I started with Main Street Implant & Family Dentistry has been great! No pain and great friendly staff that are very concerned about my comfort. I would recommend them to anyone need dental work.

Great visits every time! The staff is excellent too as well as Dr. Andrews. I actually don't mind going to the dentist anymore since I've been going to them!

Dr Nolan Andrews & everyone on his team are incredible! . Going to the dentist is not always pleasant, but Main Street Dental makes it as good as an experience as possible! I feel very fortunate to have them in El Dorado & I highly recommend them!!!

Took my mom to Main Street dentist. They were awesome, she is older but they treated her with respect and care so very happy with the Dr and staff we had interactions with.

Not very often one can say they enjoy a visit to the dentist but Main Street makes it happen. The reception desk always greets you eagerly and the technicians and dentist are both friendly and gentle and keep you advised of what they are doing.

I appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to work with my schedule for appointments and procedures. The staff is terrific to work with and you can tell they enjoy their workplace.

Dr. Nolan, the hygienists, and receptionists are all so wonderful! It's always a pleasant experience with people that really know and care about what they're doing. They always go the extra mile! Aside from a regular cleaning, I needed help with TMJ - Dr. Nolan made a mouth guard at a fraction of the cost of what others were charging. I will always recommend this place!

All of the staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Nolan runs a happy, efficient work environment and it is obvious he respects each one of them. My Hygienist, Kayla, said she loves her job and Dr. Nolan is always happy. It's almost surreal.. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

This has been my 4th visit with Dr and his staff. I'm still in awe. Everyone on his staff are so friendly and kind. I feel they all do their jobs to Doctors expectations. He seems very particular and thorough. For being in the Healthcare system for 40 years, I know a doctor who cares for his patients and his staff. It's rare!!!! My husband sees Doctor A. also. The Doctor personally called him after a visit, to see how he was, after a complicated visit. Unbelievable!!

Great experience; appreciate my tech taking time to explain the condition of some old dental work; using top technology I could better understand why work is needed to protect my tooth.

I had a really great experience here. I usually have bad anxiety going to the dentist and today I went in with tooth pain and had to have a tooth removed. Dr. Nolan was really friendly and welcoming and all the lovely ladies in the office were amazing as well. The process of having the tooth removed was really quick and very affordable. I'll definitely be going back again to have more work done
