Fiesta Mexicana Mexican Restaurant

I recently visited here and tried the Hawaiian Fajitas for lunch.
1. I went at a busy lunch hr and was promptly seated. Very quickly I was greeted by my waitress who took my drink (water) order. ✔
2. The chips and salsa scored well. The salsa was better than the chips. Around here there is a lot of tomato based “salsa” that is never appealing. I was glad for some real salsa. ✔
3. The ambiance was good. It wasn’t too loud and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. ✔
4. The waitress was attentive but could have done better. My water did run out but was filled before I committed to eating ice. I don’t care to be continually bothered but there was room for improvement here.
5. The restaurant was clean! The restroom was clean and they were diligent and quick getting tables cleaned and ready to use again. ✔
6. The Hawaiian Fajitas were very good and done to my liking! Of course, we all have different taste, but I do like my onions and peppers grilled well with fajitas. This is the way they came. Very tasty. The tortillas were just average. (I wish Mexican restaurants around here made their own!). ✔
7. Parking seemed insufficient (as I parked up front on the street) but I found out there is ample parking behind the restaurant and a door to come in from there.

Really good tasting food and great service

I don't go here often, but Fiesta Mexicana has wonderful food! The Mango Daiquiri was amazing the last time I had it. This time, though, I just had a tea and the Fiesta fajitas. They were wonderful, and so were the chips and salsa. The service was wonderful. Our server this last time was actually someone I went to high school with, so that was great. If she hadn't been at work, I would've taken the time to catch up with her. Fiesta Mexicana is a great place to go for a treat on payday with the family. One thing I'm not a huge fan of in any restaurant is the TVs, but that's just a personal opinion. Overall, this restaurant is fantastic.

Great food at great prices, and our server was very friendly. Seats are fairly comfortable for large bottoms. The dining area is large, but also echoey and loud. Most diners will likely not have an issue with this. I have some sensory issues and it caused some overstimulation, but nothing that detracted from dinner.

This place was definitely a huge surprise. My friend and I go to lunch once a month. I have been having some medical issues for awhile now and can't eat anything unless it's soft. So this month it was his treat and we decided to do Mexican food. I haven't been to any of the Mexican restaurants here in El Dorado Ks in the past 7 years I've lived here so I didn't know which one had the better food. I have been up and down main St at least a million times and never noticed there was a Mexican restaurant there. When we got to the restaurant we both had our reservations about the place because on the outside it looked like it was just one of those small Jalisco places really. The parking is in the back and they really could have rethought the spacing because it was a tight fit to get his truck parked. As we went in the back door we saw that this place was huge! It was very spacious inside and very clean. We were seated right away and in less than three minutes our server was there with menus and taking our drink order. When she returned very promptly with our drinks she took out orders. Within 15 minutes of her leaving the table she was returning with our food. As she sat them down the first thing we noticed was the very generous portions and that first bite was incredible! The food was the best Mexican food I've ever eaten and that's saying a lot since I grew up in south Texas. The prices were awesome also. I have eaten a lot worse food and paid a lot more for it. We will definitely be going back!

Scotch has been the go to fine dining in Wichita for decades. I rate our evening there as a true dining experience.

Great food and service! It was a nice surprising good stop on the way home!

It was a half hour before closing and we received the best service. Food was wonderful -hot and fresh. Lots of TV's to watch a variety of sports while at our table. Portions were plentiful and I brought some of my dinner home. From the outside, the storefront looks like just a pub or bar, but it is so worth it to drop in and stay a while.

We absolutely love getting lunch from fiesta! The chicken/steak/shrimp fajita inside a pineapple with cheese on top. WHAT? It’s so good.

ALWAYS good! I had enchiladas (1 cheese, 1 chicken. With red sause) They were very good. Their chips and salsa are excellent . I don't like spicy, so I get the mild. Very flavorful. All around GOOD DEAL.

The food here is very good and the wait staff is excellent

Fredo and his employees have always done an outstanding job of taking care of their patrons. Food was excellent! Highly recommend this place.

Our waitress was very prompt and authoritative with her service. The choripollo lunch plate was delicious. Salsa was fresh with great flavor as well.

Update 2024: Service was excellent, food was wonderful, what else can I say? Just want to add a reminder that if you're ever down in Elk County, remember to try Sweet and Spicy on Hwy 99, South side of Howard Kansas. Best Mexican/American food in four counties!

I'm used to Mexican food from the West Coast and even Colorado. This food was good. It wasn't the best Mexican food I've ever eaten, but it's done well. The service is wonderful, the wait staff is friendly and attentive.

There's also plenty of parking behind the restaurant if you can't find street parking in front. We went here for lunch. The prices are really good. It's easy in and out and they have lunch specials.

Our favorite place to go locally for Mexican. It’s nice and easy atmosphere to be able to hang out and take the kids. Queso is great and they have some extra options not on the menu!

First time eating here and it lives up to its reputation, great atmosphere. great service and great food. definitely a must eat at whenever I'm in Eldorado

Love this place. The service is great the food tastes great the salsa is great. I hope someday they build booths because I do not personally love sitting at tables with chairs. But to each their own. If you don't mind sitting in a chair at the table check them out definitely worth your while!

Love the food, lots of flavor & good sized portions for the price! The Queso is my favorite and it's only $3.99 for a nice sized bowl of it (usually outrageous at other places, super impressed)!
