I’ve been to a lot of CVS’s in my life (huge fan of their generous extra bucks program) and Omar at this location was the kindest and most helpful employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He took the time to assist each customer 1-on-1 through the self checkout line and managed the line with ease and a kind smile the entire time.

Omar definitely deserves a raise for that level of care and attention!!!

Another employee, Michelle was kind enough to escort me to the restroom and unlock the door for me (grateful to use it before a hike!)
Overall, great vibes and impeccable customer service at this CVS! 10/10!

I just want to say that even though i waited in libe for over an hour for my one pill at the pharmacy, caragen, larry and jawan were AWESOME. There was about 30 angry elderly customers in line waiting for their prescriptions and a lot of people were being very nasty and I was very very impressed with how professional and polite and I was especially amazed at how well they were able to juggle things around and prioritize in order to get people out of the store As quickly as possible. It is not their fault, nobody wants to work anymore and there’s a shortage of pharmacists lately. These people deserve praise not ridicule. Even if I have to wait every time I will continue to use this pharmacy

Go into the court st store almost every sunday it's always a pleasure to see Brandy she's so pleasant and helpful doesn't mind helping me find my things.

The best CVS in town, bar none. The staff is always so pleasant and professional. The pharmacy has not made one error since I switched two years ago. Definitely a hidden gem.

I went into CVS today upset that my photos weren't ready, Riley comes up to me, offers his sincere apologies, and helped me with my photos, never before have I been treated with such sincerity and kindness by a retail worker. I thanked him and I even said he should be running the store.
Was going to rate this place 1 star, but Riley inspired me to give it 5 stars.

Plus the store was neat and tidy, and very well stocked too.

I agree with the first reviewer; the pharmacist and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Particularly Lauren, she’s not just right there to help, but she’s always smiling, a very pretty smile I might add! The store itself is very well stocked and organized. This is a great CVS!

Ben and Megan were super friendly and helpful. The store was well organized and clean. The staff friendly and outgoing. I will be transferring all my prescriptions here. There doing a great job building the CVS brand
