I imagined a large busy place, but it reminded me of a small community pharmacy. The woman that served me was kind and considerate of my purchase ( buying a truss for a family member) she made sure I got it for the right purpose, and size considering you can’t return them.

Great little drug store, they have everything you could need from medications to walkers, half bedrails etc. And if they don't have something they can help you by ordering it for you. Very accommodating, fast and friendly service every time! You just don't see this type of service anymore, I love this place for myself and my parents who I help take care of. Many thanks to everyone at Balboni's Drug Store for making my parents life much safer and easier 😊

This is an old fashioned pharmacy. It's like an apothecary from the early 20th century. This is a family owned business and the personnel make you feel welcome. Highly recommended. I've been coming here for 4 years since I moved to Plymouth and they are far nicer and better than the large pharmacy chains. You will have a good experience here.

I found Balbonis' drug store to be great. They sell everything on Earth for medical supplies. Professional and courteous service. I even found a ice gripper for my cane! Decent honest people to do business with. Five stars!!

An old school drug store with the personal service and attention to detail that it's impossible to find in the chains. They know me by name when I walk in and their knowledge of the medications that they dispense is encyclopedic. Their prices are very competitive with corporate pharmacies but their customer service is unmatched.
