I live in Western NY, Grieco Ford offered me a great deal on a Bronco Raptor and a great deal on my trade, better than any of the dealers near my home. The salesman I dealt with is Keith Gray who was upfront and honest through the process. We negotiated over the phone and came to a deal, and I drove my trade to Grieco and drove back home with my Bronco and I couldn’t be happier!! A few days after I owned the Bronco called Keith to find out if they had done an oil change, the truck had 7,800 miles on it and I wanted to make sure it’s properly maintained. Keith believed the service had been done but couldn’t find the documentation so, without me asking, he sent me a check for $100 to cover the cost of the oil change at my local dealer. I did not expect this and told Keith I was not looking for them to cover the cost, I only wanted to confirm whether it had been done, but Keith insisted and said a check will be in my mailbox to cover the cost at my local dealer, that is a CLASS ACT, I was (and still am) very impressed, that is fantastic customer service!! I would recommend these guys to anyone and I’d absolutely make the drive from Western NY to buy another Ford from Grieco.

Excellent experience every time. Mike Zine, Mike Goyette, Rob, Bart and the whole staff are very welcoming. They have offered good trades and are fair in pricing. You don't feel like just a number. Jack and Keith in service have also been excellent to deal with and again very welcoming and service has been very good. My last purchase was a Shelby GT 500 and I have bought a few F350 and F 450's. Love our Fords.

I purchased my previous vehicle from Grieco and it was an excellent experience. I decided to upgrade and again it was a great experience, Bob Childs and the rest of the staff was great and very helpful. They make it a smooth process. Cant recommend recommend them enough

Bob Childs was our sales representative he was outstanding, answered all questions and was very forthcoming and very accommodating. Had a minor issue with the vehicle after purchase Bob set me up with Gary and Keith from the service department and got the vehicle right in. Thomas sent a video of the work completed to keep me updated. Extremely satisfied with whole experience and the Grieco team.

This is my second time at this dealer to service my Ford Explorer. I always have a great experience here. The lady in Service Dptm, Laura is very professional and always friendly and very attentive to the costumers. Also The waiting time is short compared to other dealership.

Awesome experience at Rodman! Ordered back in Feb 2022 arrived Jan 2023! Very easy transaction not pushy and very fair on trade in values! Asked them not to touch car as i wanted to get it coated. Had a problem with a warning light for tire pressure and I brought it in to be check. The last time that came on when I came out to my car I had a flat tire. The service department was great I also got a oil change, filers changed and they told the car was making a Loud noise the fan gear needed replacing in the fan belts. And I was covered under warranty for the gear. So they replaced it for me so it was great. They were looking out for me

Bought my Edge there about 6 months ago and really went out of their way to help me out, brought it in for first oil change and they really treat you like family, couldn't be happier. Wife wants a car just like it so we'll be back.

Recently had to trade in my old car. It Was a tough decision but had a couple things wrong with it And a good amount of miles so it was time! The car sales man Jamard Was super helpful and made the process very easy! He Got me a fair deal and I didn't feel like he was being pushy or pressuring like some car places make you feel! He was a pleasure to deal with!

Keith and Jack were very helpful with my Motorhome isuue. Even though the part I needed was not a Ford part they were still willing to help and diagnosed it correctly!! They kept me updated on their progress and with me securing the part I needed from the Motorhome factory which Greico installed, I'm back on the road!!

Worked with Adam to put together a deal on a used Mach E. We weren't able to make the original price work, but I enjoyed working with Adam so when the price was right a month later I waited until I could specifically work with him again. Adam and the rest of the staff were friendly, transparent, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the purchase process. A month later now, I am still very satisfied with my purchase. I would wholeheartedly recommend Grieco Ford Raynham, and I will certainly be returning there for service on my Mach E, as well as any future purchases down the line.
