There were no hassles and no long drawn out haggling sessions over pricing. Everything was upfront and they put their best efforts forward to seal the deal and earn my trust as a customer. Kerry Parkos at Masteria GMC was great. He is a no pressure salesman and waited for me to make the decision to talk over a deal. Before anything when I first walked in, he took me to his desk to look at the carfax report of the truck I was interested in, to make sure everything was ok with it. First time any sales person has done that. Had a great experience at Masteria and were very fair and transparent about the entire process for sales to financing. Definitely recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new truck at Mastria GMC, and I'd like to commend the outstanding service provided by Mike Dube, the sales representative. Mike's warm welcome, attentive listening, and valuable insights truly made my truck-buying experience memorable. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well-informed.

However, I must mention that the negotiations, particularly regarding the trade-in value, involving Mike and the manager at Mastria GMC left something to be desired. Their approach lacked transparency and a willingness to cooperate, which was unfortunate. The extended negotiations resulted in an offer that was $6,000 higher than the original offer but only $1,000 lower than my initial request.

Additionally, the finance department's approach to financing options seemed overly complex, with an emphasis on certain terms that may not have aligned with my best interests. Nevertheless, I appreciate that, after some discussion, they made an effort to provide a lower rate.

In summary, I highly recommend Mastria GMC, primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Mike Dube during my new truck purchase. His professionalism and dedication stand out, even when compared to other aspects of the dealership. It is my hope that the dealership considers these aspects to ensure a more consistent and satisfying customer experience.

Had the best buying experience here. My salesman Leo was not pushy in any way. Showed me the vehicle within minutes and allowed me to leave to think about the purchase.
