I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this Lowe’s location. Kendra in cabinetry and countertops made our dream kitchen remodel possible. She and management ensured we got the right material for the best price and went above and beyond in all regards. I look forward to doing more projects through them!

This is the cleanest and most organized Lowe's in the Metroplex. I go to many locations and this one is my favorite. It's extremely clean and it's so organized that if you place an online order for pickup, it's ready within 20 to 30 minutes which is extremely fast compared to other locations. I have met several of the employees, Katina and Nate, and the manager who is former military. I appreciate them and their willingness to assist.

We really want to give a huge thank you to Robert in the appliance department today. He helped us for 2 hours today picking out our fridge and stove and answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. Was a really great shopping and buying experience!

The return policy is amazing here at the garden center! I lost all my plants during the winter storms and luckily I saved all the receipts ! Ami and Bailey did the most and went out of their way to get some of the refunds back to me! They were very patient and understanding of my situation. Honestly overall, customer service was beyond the Universe!! I’m so grateful for them!!

Harry was absolutely awesome, he made it wonderful experience for me and my wife and there was another young man that took care of us in the garden department unfortunately I'm old and forgot his name, but we will definitely be back.

I just recently had my third front door replaced. The other two were defective from Jeld-Wen. We went with a Therma-Tru on the third door. Barbara was fantastic and made a very bad situation, flow smoothly to a resolution. Kyle and Glenn in millworks are great guys that made sure I was taken care of during this whole process, as well. These three do not get paid enough for the amount of work they put in to ensure that I was taken care of and my needs were met. I can tell that they treat every customer the same way they treated me. Thank you for your support.

Great store to shop for home stuff. Love their floor, carpet and different tile display, what a great idea. Fair prices with monthly deals. We bought lots of home stuff during our home renovation. Store is clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Will come here again.

Stopped here just before close. Each tool piece I needed had multiple options to choose from.
Employees were present and easy to find.

I typically try to avoid interactions with humans but my interaction with a male named Alec made me decide to write this review.
He answered my questions in a manner that went beyond the normal interaction with a customer. He was informative and had the ability to assuage my social anxiety.

I had a pretty good experience here. The place looked pretty clean and well-maintained and the staff was all pretty friendly to me. I found what I needed quickly and got out quickly. The cashier was nice in the garden center.

Very helpful staff and bright and cleaner store than home depot . Similar choices as home depot with less crowd

Caelan Campbell exceptional service!! He helped find the right rivets and screws I needed to finish putting my front bumper cover back together!

I worked with Robert ( sales specialist ) in large appliances section. He did a great job helping me choose the right refrigerator, washer and dryer .

Calean was very new in the paint department, but did an absolute wonderful job helping us out. He was patient and kind and exhibited the most phenomenal customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

I went to research refrigerators. Four associates asked if I needed help. All very friendly. They had great stock and prices.

I always get good customer service at Lowe's, even from employees who may be filling in for the ones who normally work an area. I appreciate their dedication and insight whilst I determine how I want my project to look.
