Patrick and his staff have been wonderful to us! Their equipment is great, their service even better. We use Rands Surgical exclusively.

After many phone calls I finally stumbled upon Rand Pharmacy. I can't say enough great things about the help he provided for my mom on very short notice. He and his staff went above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service.

Patrick knows the value of great customer service. I needed a part for an old hospital bed, and other surgical supply stores wouldn’t help me because I didn’t buy the bed from them (it was given to me). Patrick got the part for me, and got it for a great price.

Unbelievable service! Stayed open because they knew we were coming. Even came out to the car to measure my 96 year-old mother's wrists for her wrist guards so she wouldn't have to come in the store. Doesn't get better than this. Thank you!
