Always Great!! Gets you what you want if they dont have what you want they offer the next best thing!! Very knowledgable about his products and always has something new to offer!! Never disappointed!! Very friendly down to earth environment!! Treats everyone as family!! You never feel like just another customer/sale!! I moved from the neighborhood but I will always come back to Carr's!! No other place compares!! Love Them!!

Always stocked shelves. Friendly staff.
This is the only package store in New Haven that doesn't smell of mold and mildew. It's always clean. The store owner is great with remembering his regulars. And he always helps me find gluten free products so I leave a happy customer

The owner is very respectful. Greeting the clientele at soon you come in the store. If you have any questions regarding a wine he is always willing to help.
