Kroger

Kroger money service was by far the best check cashing service in my 15 mile radius. Joan is a great employee and figured out how to cash my check that no where else could do! The Walmarts around me could not help me. Joan was very helpful. Give her a raise!!!

I am in this store 3x a week. I have had several interactions with Connie and she has always been very kind and helpful. I was having issues with my Kroger card/ fuel points and she took the time to help me out. I appreciate you Connie. Thank you.

Today while shopping I lost my ring and the whole store looked for it and found it . I am very thankful and grateful for them and I appreciate all the caring hearts that took the time out to assist me . I love how understanding everyone especially was of my situation and yes no doubt about it I will be coming back 🫶🏽

Great grocery pickup. The availability of time slots is ample, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there are few substitutions/out of stock items. My recent orders the few months have had very fresh items. I have been extremely happy with the time it takes to pick up my order as well. Thank you!

Also: The inside of the store is nice and clean. They have a lovely store with a Starbucks by the cut flower area which makes shopping here nice.

Will stay my favorite grocer as long as they keep stocking the Lemon Capellini Salad at the deli. The Spaghetti Salad is amazing as well.

Today I give Kroger 5 stars. The cashier didn’t know how to help me redeem my coupon but the store leader that was there this morning helped me and he made sure I received my refund, also made sure I knew how to use the app. I forgot his name but I really appreciated you this morning. He didn’t seem irritated and was so willing to help me. Thank you again!! 7-17-2022

It's a shame how disrespectful and unricheous management n corporate is. Theres employees there that haven't even gotten a raise after years of hard work. Kroger.

Love this Kroger. Great set up and wonderful workers to help! Other then the parking lot being jammed packed.

Employees are nicer people than Meijers!

This has become one of my regular grocery stops. Usually a good experience and this Kroger location has a ton of vegan products! Sometimes it can be pretty busy, especially on weekend evenings, but the self-scan staff are usually great at getting people out the door quickly. Shout out to Abigayle running the self-scan machines. Last weekend when we were in she was killing it, quickly addressing everyone's needs in a friendly and orderly fashion. We didn't have to wait and had a better shopping experience thanks to her! :)

This store is always well stocked and relatively clean. I'm not into giant grocery stores as much anymore. Just the right size to get in and get out or, fill your whole cart if your list is long! I love the meat/seafood counter, the fresh open produce area, as well as the health conscious section of the store!!

Nice store to shop and get everything I need. Clean store and friendly employees. I enjoy having a Starbucks right in the store. They have a nice olive bar and cheese area. I am not understanding the complaints about parking. The parking lot is just fine and if it's a busy time, just park further away. It is located in a large plaza with plenty of parking.

I love to shop at Kroger- they actually have staff in the store. Have a question there is usually someone to ask within 1-2 casuals. Produce is good meats are fresh and good. Check out is easy- even when they are busy. And when it is busy all the check outs are open and baggers are helping. Management has a lot to do with how efficient and friendly the staff is- my favorite Kroger for that reason is the 23 mile New Baltimore store. Happy employees good management!!

Great store pick up food and products for home.

This is the best layout at a Kroger I've seen, and I absolutely love scan bag go, it saves me so much time on my grocery runs! The in season produce is always fresh and the coupons available in the app are nearly endless.

Kroger at Card Rd and 21 Mile is clean and bright. They do a good job at keeping shelves well stocked. The store has a pharmacy and bank inside and pharmacy has a walk-up window. Fresh sushi is available certain days of week. Fresh baked goods and deli. Pay utilities at service desk or get money order. Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful.

Love the fuel points Kroger attaches to its club card! This alone is a huge relief off my checkbook! I can't remember the last time I filled my SUV for under $20 and I've done this 2 months in a row! Be sure to get those gift cards with 4× the fuel points, the gift that pays you back! THANK YOU KROGER!!!

Great store always clean and well stocked with variety of different types of items than found at most other Kroger stores. I have a Kroger less than a mile from my home but instead I drive the 8.5 miles to shop at this store. Hope you all enjoy it too.

I spoke with Emily in floral and she was so very helpful . She's a keeper. Then on to pharmacy and I spoke with Relief and she was very happy to apply a coupon for one of the meds and lastly Becky did the check out with expertise. Great people at the Kroger's on 21 mile

I love this store. Friendly and helpful. I was delighted to see how polite and helpful the courtesy clerks are. I was looking for something and three courtesy clerks stopped to help me. It's always nice to see the younger generation being so polite.
