Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Came in on New Years eve and you'd have thought it was a just another day. The three guys had great attitudes, were very knowledgeable, and very quick service. I will go out of my way to come back to this location. You should definitely give them a try!

They're honestly the best. They're honest and never try to sell you more than you actually need. The people here are super nice and just amazing. Please keep doing what you guys do because you're all fantastic

The team at Chesterfield Valvoline are great and I am very happy with their services and prices! I went for an oil change today and also replaced my back windshield wiper and cabin air filter (they really needed replacement). I was glad they asked about them and had great prices for each. I was also able to apply a couple coupons taking off $35. I pulled right in too! I highly recommend Chesterfield Valvoline and thank the team for such friendly and helpful service!!

The staff was amazing. Not bad pricing. The amazing guy who worked with went through the different options I had, he went through what it costs and what the difference between the options were. Didn't make me feel judged for not picking the most expensive option, didn't make me feel pressured to do all the extra things they offered. They were so nice to me and my dog. They had a difficult lady, I felt they were nice to her and stayed professional. I think the guy who helped me was Zach? He was great. I will definitely be back!

Chris went above and beyond to help me with my oil and wipers and was close to closing time he still was willing to assist i appreciate that.

These guys (and gals) are the best! They were even able to reset my check engine light so that I could then see if the previous problem has been resolved. Great service! I have been going there for many years and will continue to do so.

This place is fast. Also very thorough. Did you know they will fill your tires and fluids between oil changes... for free. Yeah. I didn't, but let me tell you this is just one of their perks. I won't go anywhere else.

Visited this location on Sunday 10/2. Everyone I interacted with was great/polite. 2 ladies and 1 guy (begins with a T maybe?). I can't remember their names though. They all seemed to work seamlessly together during the whole process of checks and balances. The service was quick too. My daughter has been there too and really liked how they treated her. I'll be back.

We've always had quick, professional service here. And helpful too. One time they pointed out a leak they saw underneath that needed immediate action from a mechanic - so thankful they pointed that out. And recently, my husband was "turned away" because his car didn't really need an oil change like he thought it did - that was honest and much appreciated!

They seemed pretty good. Didn't try too hard on the upsell on me and they were transparent about each process of the oil change.

Fantastic experience today, my husband always takes my car to oil changes so this was probably the first time I've done this in 15 years. Everyone was fast and super friendly even though I was a little lost! Got a great deal with my Groupon and the salesman were not pushy which I appreciate. Will be back!
