I visited Johnny Lega's Restaurant & Tavern in 2023. I used to visit back in the 1980s. I ordered the Bob's Big Burger with two, 1/3 lb. patties. It was delicious! The photo of the pier behind Johnny Lega's was taken on 05-25-2019.

Weekend lunch is the best time to go. Food is fast and excellent. Our waitresses Amy 2 and Starr are phenomenal! Every time we go they are always friendly and work together to make every customer (multiple tables) have a great experience. Would highly recommend going for lunch on the weekends.

The environment was comfy and staff were exceptional. Wait time on food was also quick. Plenty of things to look at and the bathrooms were clean and smelled taken care of well. If your passing through stob by for sure. The food was enough to feed a king and more than enough for any hungry heart. 5 out of 5 stay amazing Johnny Lega's

The owner is so welcoming and personable. Love there, soups and wings. The bloody Mary's I find are the best around.

My husband and I went while the parking lot was being re-paved and we had the place to ourselves! Food was great, tons of cool stuff to look at, and our waitress was very kind. Looking forward to going back later in the season when we can hopefully enjoy a similar experience!

Loved this place. Delicious and huge perch dinner. Pretty sure my dad frequented this place 50 plus years ago!
Only one sweet gal waitressing and tending bar , but she was delightful.

We have been getting to know the menu: always tasty treats & no disappointments. Recently had the clever “English Burger”. Tasty & fun. Excellent service too in a charming place full of cool stuff!

Me n my wife went here for the first time and man the onion rings were the best!!!! I've never had them so crunchy like that Mmmmmmmm good!!! I had the ribs they were so lean and cooked to perfection. My wife had the gyros basket and she said it was pretty good. Our waitress was really nice and didn't bug us every 2 minutes like some places we've been to. The bathrooms were very clean. We will definitely be coming back.

Johnny Legas the icon of Pearl Beach cuisine. 6 surly Fisherman sought solace and sustenance within its confines after another fine day angling. We were not disappointed. The Boys raided the appetizers getting perch, pierogi, mussels and libations. All pronounced excellent!. Then they moved on 2 build ur own burgers cooked to ur preferences, coneys, reubens w Cole slaw, all pronoced as highly palatable, Johnny Legas, bringing Prohibition legacy, highly recommended.

The service was excellent and the frogs were very very good. I remember having them as a kid and these legs would make my mom proud. Also, we sat at the bar and our bartender, Brianna, made sure our drinks never went empty, impeccable service, and one of the best bartenders I have ever seen.
