I like the way the Pharmacy Tech woman handled my question,she didn't even take time to think,she answered me quickly. She reacts quickly and this makes customers comfortable. After speaking to the person at the FSSA office,I was sure happy to talk to this woman at CVS who didn't cut me off,she listened to me,this made me feel good. And I got alot from her just by speaking to her over the phone. She is a safe person to trust,I just got off the phone with her and I don't remember her name. She is awesome,and I am thankful for and to her. She doesn't let you know she is stressed at work.

Bloomington Indiana CVS South was extremely reactive, caring and respectful. Gave me the full attention when a canvas photo order went wrong online (ordered & transferred to thier store) and was accidently cancelled with no notification. Raymond jumped into gear and completed my order on the spot.!! I was so very grateful for the extremely effective efficient and quick service. Thank you 😊

These negative reviews are a drag. Corporate CVS is dropping the ball by not staffing the store properly. ..both store and pharmacy
We have a short supply of pharmacists in this town. Same with doctors. It's a disgrace. I can't really blame the people that work at CVS. You can lay this problem entirely on CVS Corporation

When I Tell You Raymond an Dasiy are the best. They have the best customer service ever. They are very kind Especially Raymond. He saved the day. When I tell u there are still good people in the world it's those to. Thank you again y'all 💚💚💚

Pharmacists and techs are professional, helpful and very friendly! They go above and beyond to ensure customers understand new medications prescribed. I have and will be a life long customer! Thank you all for making me feel not only a customer but a friend and family member! I've had family and friends pick up medication for me, they always ask how I'm feeling. Not many pharmacies care for their customers like this wonderful group!!

Love this store. Always well stocked and clean. Love the discounts and Extra Bucks you can get using their rewards program. I did a bone-headed thing today which caused the cashier to have to void my whole order and ring it all again so I could use my Extra Bucks. I felt terrible but she didn't skip a beat - she was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time!

I have always received great service at this CVS. I visited urgent care on Saturday, I didn’t think I’d be able to pick up my medicine because CVS was closing soon. I arrived minutes before they closed, the pharmacy tech stayed to fill my prescription.

Oni at the pharmacy is awesome! Insurance wasn't being cooperative with covering my medication. She helped me figure out what I needed to do and took great care of me. Insurance can be awful to deal with but when you have a pharmacist who is willing to advocate for you, it goes a long way. Thank sweet angel for helping me get the meds I need at an affordable price!

This place is incredible! The staff are the best at helping you in any way you need and listen. It has a very "family" feel to it , and I'm grateful for that!
