Was at the store today and worked with Travis . He was awesome helped me with alot and got everything I needed done ! Definitely recommend working with him !

Eric and his T-mobile rep Brandon really listened and took care of my issue. I appreciate their hard work as Eric waited on hold for hours for a supervisor.

I had great customer service from Tyler and Kayla/Kate. We began new service and they walked us through every step. My old service was slow porting our lines and they stayed over to make sure we had a smooth transition. They helped us get our phones up and running. We really appreciated their professional and knowledgeable customer service!

There's two metros in this town.. definitely go to this one. I caught the owner of the other store drunk when I went in to get my phone fixed. Dude could barely stand there. Looked like a early 50s middle easterner. AVOID THIS GUY!!

When i tell i had the best experience at mtro wit Kateline. She was on it. She sold me a new phone my old phone broke she got me the best deal. An she is sweet as pie. Mo she needs a raise. Shes the best.😊

So far, so good....though the coverage isn't as good as Verizon. Stefan and Christian were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They'll work hard to get you what you need.

I'm an exchange student so the "no contracts" was a real deal maker for me. Courtney with the blue hair was so helpful! We are now friends and go on weekly Kilroys dates. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

JR helped us out at metro pcs and he was great. Transferred our numbers, contacts, pictures. He was really great to work with and knowledge.

The people who work here are nice, but the service wasn't good. You get a lot of dead spots.
