Kroger

When I was walking into Kroger today I could tell a homeless man was watching where I parked and as I was exiting the Kroger he waited in the middle of the parking lot and was following where I was walking back to my car. I walked back into the Kroger and asked an employee if someone could walk me back to my car. The staff was so unbelievably kind and graciously walked me back to my car twice to help me with what I needed. Mark and the staff at Kroger genuinely are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and I’m so grateful for the kindness they showed me today.

I approached the front door, and as if my Magic they opened. Stunned, I entered the Store.. There was food everywhere. On the Shelves They had Boxes filled with any type of food you could imagine. I couldn't believe it.... 💸👑

This is a decent-sized Kroger they've done a pretty big Deli with a good fruit and veggie section. However the organic section is rather small. This store is a little understaffed so that's something to watch him for it busy times around 5 p.m. in everyone's getting off work. The one thing that I do like is they are 24 hour. Of course the new self-checkout is always something to get you through real quick..

I love Kroger. They are my favorite store for all grocery items and more.

This is a right sized grocery store. Great variety and modern. Not so big that you can't go back across the store for forgotten items. Great pharmacy. All store staff are on the ball, work hard, and genuinely seek to provide great customer service

I just love this store. Customer Sevice is the best I've ever seen at any Kroger in town. The person that really stands out to me here is RICH. He is the best hands down. He needs to be employee of the year. He makes shopping her worth it.Thanks Rich!!!!!

This had a lot of food and is a pretty good size Kroger. Lady at checkout was nice. They had a well variety of foods and had multiple brand choices for every item. Very fresh fruits and vegetables at a great price! I would recommend stopping by here for some groceries if you’re nearby!

This is the best Kroger in Bloomington in my opinion. Never too busy, and has a large selection of items. Not nearly as big as the Kroger on the Eastside, however I find that one to be overwhelming. I do wish they hadn't gotten rid of their olive bar, but with Covid that's kind of out of the question anyway I suppose. Their bakery is large, produce is well stocked and there's plenty of self checkouts and scan-n-go devices available.

This is a review for the Kroger pharmacy. It's great. The pharmacists are fast, efficient, and helpful. Even when Kroger was shut down for renovation for several months, the pharmacy functioned flawlessly out of a mobile van. I highly recommend these folks.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I shop here all the time and have never had any issues. Glad that they have a new store manager that knows what he's doing. Grocery has gotten better too. Keep it up guys!!!

The enlargement and renovation done on this store is impressive, making it a much more pleasant place to shop than in the past. The expansion in the deli department alone is remarkable, now offering, in addition to traditional deli fare, sushi, cheese and (if I remember correctly) olive bars.

The staff have been friendly and helpful. I am encouraged that Kroger's thought enough about the neighborhood to make a major investment in their store.

BTW, I have never been hassled in or around the store. I follow the crime reports in the HT (I think you can check the statistics online). I read of few assaults nearby. The reports are mostly of arrests having to do with drinking.

We shop at the Seminary Square Kroger on a regular basis and visit at least once/week for our major grocery shopping. Today, we met Josh, the most delightful cheese connoisseur. We typically browse the cheese selection near the deli/produce and randomly select something new and different and try for the week. We were greeted by Josh who has a real passion and knowledge for the products he represents and a fantastic approach to customer service. Josh shared with us insights into various cheeses - some were his suggestions and others we simply inquired about. He offered samples without us asking and even assisted with wine pairings. We are now home and each of his suggestions were spot on. I'll definitely be on the lookout for Josh in the future to benefit from future recommendations he can provide. Thank you Josh for making this the best grocery shopping experience I've ever had!

Best grocery store/upscale marketplace in Bloomington. You can always get the best foods here and they're really creative with the product selection. Definitely managed really well with attention to detail

Has quite a bit of somewhat secluded meeting space with a Starbucks, a juice bar, wifi etc.

The staff is friendly, the prices are good, and the store usually has what I'm looking for. I definitely suggest getting the app -- you can easy add digital coupons and find what aisle your groceries are in.

Stopped in for a quick pick up - had a pleasant check out with Claire & Justin. It's always nice when your cashier & bagger are extremely Friendly & Kind :)

5 star for everything! Its also a really nice Kroger with coffee lounge area and free WiFi. Great management and great quality of food. I would recommend this Kroger.

Nice store. Large and well stocked. Good variety in the Deli/Market area. Don't come grocery shopping hungry or you will go home broke. ;)
