Sha is an awesome person, she really helped me out on an order I messed up. I give her 5 stars all the way.

Accidentally placed our order for pickup from the wrong location but Jackie saved the day! She was so kind and helped us out so that we could still make it to our party on time! she helped us choose balloons and got us all set up and ready to go very quickly!

Shay and Ayanna were wonderful with us. They helped us find what we needed and Ayanna was so fast in checking us out and did it in the colors we bought. Less work for us when we got home. Thank you and thank you for having the store so clean and organized. Hard when all the boxes come in and you have to open them and get the merchandise out as quick as possible

I was looks for prizes for upcoming events. Party City had a great selection. Also this might be a great resource for teal pumpkin toys for young ones with food allergies.

GLADYS WAS WONDERFUL!!! She took time out of her day and offered our baby a balloon and then educated us on where we could find the things we were looking for. She was also at the check out and was quick and so incredibly friendly! She made the whole experience fun!! Every staff member we came across was courteous.

Only disappointment was the lack of mermaid birthday supplies but that’s all!

Tomorrow is my birthday and I am having 2 parties because I teach dance between pre k and 5 the grade as well as science. I have a lot to teaching, training, and supervising during the day and was concerned about getting all the party supplies for the kids. JD assistance was stress free, knowledgeable, and did it in a timely manner. When you come you should see her. She was more the happy to help.

We go to party city on a regular basis any location. Never a bad experience but sometimes there might be a little wait.

I came across town to this Party City, because they had the costume I wanted. While I was there, I picked up a huge bag of candy. There were a lot of people in the store, but I was in and out in a short amount of time.

One of the girls inflated my child’s balloons instead of having me go to another branch as I had a birthday cake in my car. The manager was nice, too.

Easy to order online and pick up in store. Felt awful for the staff though. Seemed like they were short staffed and had quite a bit of customers.

Was helped promptly on the phone when placing a balloon order for a company event. In and out within 10 minutes during pick up. Balloons lasted for whole event the next day and then some. Much better service than Mesquite.

This was the friendliest and most helpful store. The employees are AWESOME!! I went to the one in Mesquite and at Firewheel in Garland and their employees were rude and didn't have time to help me!!
