What started off as a small tasks ended several hours later but, it was worth it all!! Thanks to Cynthia, Jamie, and 2 other male employees. As a senior it matters that you get the services you need. Which many times we don’t know what we need. They worked as a team to ensure that the problem got resolved. You don’t find that kind of team work these days. When I say they rally in to help me is an understatement. I left there satisfied with the problem, resolved! If you want results go there…their professionalism, knowledge of the equipment and their customer service is second to none.

This a great location to get your AT&T service connected and/or devices. So far all I have had is a great experience.
Customer Service Rep Misty is professional, knowledgeable, reliable and most important honest. One of the times I was at the store, misty was not there and her supervisor John assisted me. He was great too and honest.
Sorry but I have something about honesty and there are not many honest people in the world today, especially in the sales/retail market. And this place have at least 2 of them in the same place. That is amazing. I did not have much interaction with the other 2 reps, but they seem to be good also. (Like managers, like employees?)
I have also learned that is not worth to sacrifice customer service and cell phone area coverage just to save a couple of bucks. I thought I was saving a lot of money with Team mobile. I was wrong. For about $5 more a month per line you get 10 times better coverage and about 300 times better customer service. Short story, after over 4 years of ok coverage in Tulsa, then moved to the Bixby area and had terrible reception for over 6 months. I transferred the lines to AT&T and team mobile locked one of my phones for no reason, so I called their customer service and they told me I had to go back to them for 40 days and only then could they remove the lock. I also went to their local store and they literally told me “that’s what happens when you move to another provider”.
Out of the 5 lines I transferred, I ended up having to get a new phone because team mobile decided to technically try and black mail me to go back to them by locking it, but AT&T gave me a great deal with a new line and phone, so I took it, and am very glad I did.
Thank you Misty and John.

I usually place my AT&T orders online to avoid having to go inside an actual AT&T location. I wanted to pickup an order and decided it could be quicker if I just placed a pickup order. My order was ready within an hour of placing it.

The last time I was at this establishment (months ago) I waited over half an hour without even receiving a greeting. So I left.

I received a text telling me my order was ready to be picked up. I went into the store and was immediately greeted. I waited a short while before what appeared to be the supervisor or manager welcomed me in and asked how she could help. I explained I had an online order to pickup. I was told someone would be right with me to help. I thought, here we go. It’s going to be a long wait. Everyone was tied up selling phones. Which is great. I just wanted to grab mine and go.
The manager noticed. She quietly walked up to one of her reps (Vince) and asked him to help along with his current customer. The customer was kind enough to allow Vince to multitask and he got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. He even talked me into adding a couple charging cords to my order.
AT&T can be frustrating at times. Overall though, AT&T has always been able to find a way to satisfy my wireless needs. They are the only wireless network I have used. Maybe there are better, maybe not. All I know is that in the end, they will take care of me. To me, that matters a lot.

Cynthia was the associate that helped me and she was AMAZING!! Really dreaded dealing with phone stuff today and she just provided the best experience. Go see her here at Bixby if you need help!

I purchased my phone through Sam's which was a mistake. They did not ask for a trade-in and told me my payment would be around $80/month. My first bill was $175 (after paying for the taxes at purchase). Then my bill was $111.
I went into the AT&T store on South Memorial in Tulsa. There, MISTY MCDONALD spent an hour helping me get the services I need AND I was able to have my bill lowered and added AT&T Internet. I just met Misty for the first time but you should know she is a valuable employee and doing a great job for AT&T and me!!

I’m rating this location because the one at 71st and Memorial never acknowledged my arrival after waiting ten minutes at the door.
This location near 101st did a great job, specifically dealt with Clinton. Worth dealing with the traffic mess to get service

Brandon Leonard was the best rep we have encountered at AT&T. If you need help my advice is to set up an appointment with him at the Memorial and 101st location in Tulsa. Thanks again Brandon you took a stressful situation and turned it around for us.

Misty did an excellent job helping answer all my questions and upgrading to my latest iPhone 15 pro Max! In fact, the store was able to get it within 2 days versus Apple directly which was 2 weeks.

Very complex transaction involving four different phones, changing plans, adding lines, swapping eSIM cards twice.

Clinton was spectacular.

5/5* would recommend! Cynthia is top notch. I came in looking to replace my old worn out Galaxy A51. Cynthia mentioned a great deal on the Google Pixel that I had already been looking at which solidified my decision. She got me lined up with a sturdy case and insurance that was irrefutable. I will definitely be back for great customer service like this.

Misty McDonald was the sales rep who helped me at the 111th and Memorial store, and she was great. I upgraded on a new phone and she was very helpful. She was very willing to help, and gave me some useful information on the new phone. I would go back and use her again!

Vincent was great! I had a complicated situation, and he was patient and very helpful. He waited until the person with the phone (on our account) who was out of the country at the time was able to use her phone after he set up the International plan. I recommend asking for Vincent.

5 star review specifically for Carson - give this guy a raise, already! After a ridiculous mix-up with my phone trade in that has required months of investigation, Carson spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with the company to try and make it right. He allowed me to go about my day and kept me informed throughout the afternoon as he worked on the issue. Fingers are still crossed that his hard work paid off, but regardless, his dedication to customer service was incredibly appreciated and unmatched! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience! Got my device issues (activating a Netgear 5G portable wifi) and adjusted my plan to a perfect result. Mr. Adeel Naz competently handled the problems I had, and completed each required task I presented to him in the manner of an absolute professional and yet friendly delivery. His effort should be recognized and techniques of customer service should be noted as outstanding.

Well done ATT.

Mike Websters review is completely false, Vincent was the nicest AT&T worker I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. And he answered all of my questions with ease.

Gladys was a great help! Came in to understand the discounts and sale going on at the time. Found out that we could lower our monthly plan by about $50/month. On top of that, she got us discounts on the newest iPhones with trade-in. The actual trade was $85 but the credit amount she got us was $350. A great customer experience and wonderful help as we set up our new phones.
