Very satisfied with my visit at the store!Members were very helpful and hands on with everyone at the store specially with the new release of iphone,alot of customers come in to upgrade or inquire.There was a customer that wasn’t happy as the transfer from phone to phone took long but the members helped as much as they can and transferring phone to phone is out of their hand.I can see the professionalism on how they handle difficult customers.Overall would come to this store for any upgrade I need.

Steven!! Steven helped me and he was very patient with me and thoroughly explained the process of getting a new line and setting up my phone. He made the entire process very easy. It was 8 at night when we started and despite how late it was he still put a lot of effort into helping me. He deserves recognition!

Andres was an awesome help and got us setup in no time with our brand new phones. He really took the time to walk us through all the options and explain the deals that were offered. 10/10

Amazing service at this location. A very beautiful woman named Diana is the go to when it comes to getting helped. She checked my bill and not only did I save money, I also was able to purchase my new Iphone 14 Pro.

I have been a customer at this AT&T location for 7 years hadn’t done a review because this store had poor customer service.

Today I went to preorder for the new iPhone and to add a new line to my service . As soon as I walked in the lady welcomed and greeted me. She was so helpful, made this process so easy . Was in and out within minutes. she definitely deserves a recognition for going above and beyond to assist her clients needs!!!!

Miranda helped me so much, I had a terrible experience other places. I’m glad I stopped by here today

I am super impressed with Brandon at this location! I was stuck in a pickle with the phone I had and he did everything in his power to help me out. His attention to detail, and his patience is unmatched. His service felt natural and genuine. I can tell without a doubt that he does his best with every customer he meets. Hands down - one of the best experiences at AT&T. I came into the store wanting to discontinue to my plan and switch to another provider- I walked out with 3 upgrades and even open another line!!! The store staff was amazing but KATY was incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to work with! She was able to listen to all of my concerns and had an answer for everything! She was professional. She deserve all the credit and any promotion or internal kudos. We will spread the word around that this location is amazing! Thank you so much KATY!!!

Mirriams customer service has been extremely amazing , from the moment I walked in her immediate assistance was very much appreciated, she resolved every question I had offered me some good deals and walked out with 2 accessories and one additional line ,
