The staff at this location is extremely personable and friendly. While picking up a prescription I was impressed with the pharmacist, Trudi, and her ability to keep her composure while she was assisting a customer that was raising his voice at her. She attended to his needs and although he left abruptly causing a scene she managed to treat him with respect and went above and beyond trying to keep him satisfied.

Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful.

It's an ordinary walgreens. What more can you ask for?

They usually have what you need. The pharmacy is great. They also have COVID tests and vaccine available. Walk ins too!

If you don't mind waiting 10-15 minutes to pick up your prescription, whether you are in the drive thru or waiting in line a inside the store - this store is the place to be. They are always understaffed. Worse - they fill prescriptions you don't ask for and don't want. Now that they have an outside service filling scripts - you get everything in huge containers - just a waste of resources.

The person working the counter on 8/28/23 is rude, not helpful and didn't even offer to bag my purchase. This not the first time. Too bad labor is so tight!

I receive varied service there. Most of the time there is no one to ask questions, I think over the years they have cut staff. Sometimes a clerk will be nice, another time almost rude. I returned a case of thermacare I ordered on line, they weren't right ones, the older as t mgr, grey hair, had a terrible attitude. Look, I'm sorry I ordered the wrong ones, it's hard to tell, but what do u want from me? Blood? Geez, it's not his money. They make a ton of $ off me anyway w all the on line ordering. It says on website, easy returns thru store, i felt like a criminal. I try to buy as much as i can thru meijers after that.

Walgreens isn't a bad store, but I always get confused with the layout. Seems I have to go around in circles several times to find what I'm looking for. This is because of bad signage and inconsistency of layout from store to store.

This is a problem in every branch. Even worse, the individual stores will do complete rearrangement​s of their products every few months which really makes for a more unpleasant than usual shopping trip.

These are corporate level problems...
