I went to O-Reilly for my car battery test in December 2022. It was rainy a little bit and my car was parked outside. The staff was super friendly and helpful. He went over in details, ran all tests and gave me very good suggestions and recommendations. Their excellent service has made me their loyal returned customer. I've been coming back to buy some stuff in the store.

Windshield wipers were pricey (though isn't everything these days), but the service was fantastic. The clerk tried to find us the cheapest price (our car needs special brackets), and with few options, he made a cheaper one work and installed them for us.

I was shopping at a store nearby when I went to start my car my battery was dead I went to the O Reilly next door the nice young man that works there came out to my car and jump started my car so I could get it to the store and installed the new battery for me he even cleaned my battery cables for me I think O’Reilly is lucky to have a employee like him

This auto store is amazing, I always receive excellent help and suggestions from the cashiers. KC in particular really went above and beyond calling other competitors near by to find a better deal and a part that wasn't in stock yet. Thank you

Free check engine codes. Open Sundays. Helpful staff. Every staff member may not be very knowledgeable about car repairs but they do there best. Always sharing any basic tools they have if do light repairs on the spot.

The little beaner boy named Julian is very helpful. Love that little guy.

You got the parts my husband wanted promptly, found the most reasonably-priced 2 cans of brake cleaner, and made several suggestion as to other parts my husband might need.
