Very nice and clean store to stop for fuel and snacks on our way to Waland, TN

Reasonable pricing, availability of product and personable crew!!

Usually don’t stop at older convenience stores, today I did. Store was one of the cleanest I’ve seen in a while. Coffee was fresh with plenty of creamers and sweeteners.
Staff was very friendly.
Will stop again when passing through.

For a store this size, Kenjo Markets has a massive selection and variety of snacks, drinks, and other various needs. The prices are very low compared to the competitors and they even offer a large selection of beverages for a dollar.

I wouldn't normally review a gas station/ convenient store but there are some nice people working here.

Nice people, I just got gas.

I usally have a Good experience at this Location with The Manager and Assist. Manager and a few other Employees. However this morning 01/17/2022 around 10 a.m. a woman name Ann was rude and lied to Me.

I was at the counter and asked to buy tobacco, it took her a few minutes to stop talking to others and looking out the door at a Emergency going on at the redlight intersection meanwhile the line of Customers inside the store was lineing Up. I forgot a few things in the store i planned on buying so i asked if she could cancel my tobacco sale or put on hold or suspend until i went back and got the rest of the things i planned on buying and to let the other Customers go ahead and pay for there items since a few of them had there arms full and had been waiting a while also while she was busy talking to her friend and worried abiut what was happening elsewhere.

She proceeds to tell me No she cannot hold suspend or cancel my tobacco sale so i could get other items and that i had to go through with my tobacco only sale and then go finish shopping !

I have Medical Conditions that sometimes affect my Memory and ability to Understand things sometimes, however i was being polite and nice offering others to go in front of Me since it was my fault i forgot a few items but i didnt want to hold up the line that kept growing longer and i know that the Cashier can suspend or cancel sales if and when needed to help other customers while i get other items i forgot becuase this store has done it for Me many times becuase the normal Crew that work there know i have problems sometimes and they help Me if and when needed.

I dont normally leave bad reviews and usually just ignore Rude people and move on, howevet when it becomes a regualr occurance then this problem needs addressed..i am Thankful and very Grateful for the normal Crew that work this location .They can always recognize and notice when im having my bad mental status days and they go above and beyond there jobs to help me and others !

SO THANK YOU TO THE NORMAL CREW LADIES AND GENTLEMEN FOR ALL YALLS HELP AND THE HOURS YALL PUT IN FOR THIS COMMUNITY , BUT SHAME ON THOSE WHO ARE THERE JUST FOR THE PAYCHECK AND A WARM BODY TO FILL THE STORE !!
