Shoney's - Maryville

We had a delicious meal tonight. The store was very festive with a beautiful woodland Christmas tree up front. 🎄 My husband had the buffet. I ordered a hamburger steak with grilled onions and mushrooms. While waiting for my food I ate some hot vegetables and beef cabbage soup which was included with my meal. Our server was very attentive. She wore a Christmas Shoney's shirt which I thought was neat. The bar was beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend this location.

This place is great for family and friends. The atmosphere is friendly and courteous, to their customers. Our waitress was great even though she had other, tables to wait on . It's handicap accessible for wheelchairs, restroom is clean and easy to get to.

My husband & I love Shoney's in Maryville Tn. I am a big fan of their cabbage soup and salad bar. He likes their catfish. My daughter gives us a hard time about it, says it's a old folks resturant. U know the younger age does not like quiet buffet and at the same time waitresses are always so attentive to all needs. U don't get that as much nowadays and it really means a lot. JUST SAYING.

We have not eaten at a Shoneys in many years. They all went bust in our area. We always liked their brunch bar as you can get fresh salads, breakfast or lunch food at the same time. It fits all the requirements. This location was very nice and our waitress, I think her name was Jane, was exceptional. She was very attentive and answered several questions about the Maryville area.

Ashley provided excellent service. The steak that I had was a little grizzly but overall the food tasted good. Just a nice place to go to sit down, have a nice dinner and relax.

Please ask for the waitress, Missi when you come here. She is truly an amazing woman. She treated my little girl with instant love and compassion when she fell out of the booth and hit her head. Missi instantly came over trying to help calm her down and took her up front to get a sucker that magically made everything better. The world needs more people like Missi. Thank you again for being a greqt person.

Food is always good, and the service is great . With a friendly and courteous staff. Also, there is plenty of seating and parking.

Excellent buffet and even better service from the employees! Great location a lot of parking and clean facilities!

We were traveling through the area on Father's Day and stopped by. The place was full but we were seated quickly. My husband had the buffet while myself ordered a sandwich. The food was very good and came out quickly. Our server was nice, only problem was my husband had to ask for dessert even though it was part of the Father's Day special. This should have been offered before our check was brought and I was not asked if I wanted anything else. Just needs a little education on service etiquette. Bathroom was clean. Cashier was working hard to get people in and out all with a smile and a greeting.

Great food friendly attentive service and its easy on the wallet.our server kate was very good a true star server.burgers and dessert fair are great here but the buffet is the real draw.well stocked with fresh hot food and a large cold bar its easy to create your ideal dinner.will be back and will recomend to others

Loved it! Not often am I impressed like I was with this shoneys. Clean!! And the bar was definitely delicious. My server Lori was extremely polite and professional that i even asked if i could request her next time! The Bar worker Cindy possibly Sandy helped me and was very friendly ! All in all no doubt that the food was great the staff was amazing the store was very clean and welcoming! 5 stars all the way and I will definitely be coming back!

All you can eat buffet . Service was excellent thanks to Summer our waitress she was amazing ..The food was delicious.. Bathrooms clean and well stocked.

The food and personal here is just great. One of the few places in Blount county that serves just plane Ole country food. And don't forget about the best salad bar that I know of. If you still like boiled eggs on your salad then this place is it. Build your own monster salad.

It is Shoney's. A great place to eat for the entire family. Food seems to be geared toward everyone's diet Young and old.

My husband and a friend of ours started going there on Sunday evenings to get the buffet and we found the sweetest server. Her name is Lori and she goes above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that we need. She is very caring and attentive. She is the bright spot in our week. We look for her every time we go.

We visited Shoney's several times over the holiday weekend. Alexis was our staff person the first time. Excellent service and sweet person. Lori was our staff person the 2 & 3 time we visited. Lori has a bubbly personality and is a fun staff member. Both ladies deserve 5 stars for their attentiveness, friendliness and their smiles. The other ladies were great also. Every One was working as a team. Excellent place to eat.

Breakfast bar was great. Food was hot and fresh. And staff was really nice.
