Sakura Sushi and Grill

Very good sushi! I have had a lot of crab ragoons by far this restaurant had the best! Had the coconut boba tea, a little sweet but I still enjoyed it.

Seen this place and decided to try it Sunday night. It's a neat little restaurant with a very friendly staff. I got chicken & shrimp teriyaki which was fantastic. It had mushrooms, broccoli, onions and squash. An excellent teriyaki sauce and cooked to perfection. I got low mien noodles that were also very good. The yum yum sauce provided was outstanding. I got an order of the best crab rangoons I've eaten in Maryville. Rich creamy cheese slightly sweet with delicate crab in awesome wanton deep fried. Even the house salad had a very unique flavorful dressing. It was an excellent take out dining experience. Well packaged and prepared promptly. I highly recommend a visit to Sakura. I'll be going back for sushi next.

"I really liked eating here. I had steak and noodles, which were great. although I like my steak a bit less cooked. The vibe was awesome, especially while I watched the end of the Ohio State - Michigan game. The manager was super friendly and chatted with me about our favorite teams. Everyone else working there was nice too. The place looked really nice and clean. Definitely a 10/10, I'd totally come back."

First time visiting and will definitely be back! Friendly, fast service and tasty sushi.

Make sure you are there with plenty of time, they take the last kitchen order 20 minutes before the posted closing time it seems.

Sakura has it all. The food is amazing. We have dined there numerous times, and every meal is to perfection! The atmosphere and service are ALWAYS top-notch! The owners are such wonderful people always friendly and caring. Their customers are always treated with quality service. Best place in Maryville, hands down.❤

The food was amazing best hibachi was one 9f the best u have ever had! The shrimp tempura roll was amazing. The my son had the salmon sashimi and he sat there with his eyes closed thoroughly enjoying every chew. Will return very soon and regularly

Food was super hot and fresh and delicious!!! Just what I needed for a quick pick me up. We had 2 salads, soup, Sakura special combo dinner and steak dinner. Steak was a little chewy but good. I would go again anytime!!!

Very delectable meal. I would totally recommend it to anyone. It is a very nice restaurant, with very kind employees,and I love them and their very tasty meals very very very much. Please buy for your children when they ask because it is totes magotes worth it. TEENAGER APPROVED

Update Jan-2019: Still one of my favorite places to eat in Maryville. I could easily go once a week and it would never get old. Great selection and their sushi chef is top notch!

I drove here today to get a to go order. My food was freshly prepared and boxed appropriately. They are reasonably priced. As soon as I left the store they immediately disinfected everything that I had touched. Everyone was wearing face masks and using other personal protective equipment. Good job guys!

My go-to Sushi place!!! I have eaten Sakura more times than I can count. I have tried sushi everywhere in maryville, and a few places in Knoxville. Nothing compares to the freshness, 10/10 quality, or taste! The Vol Roll is my absolute favorite. My ONLY wish is that they offered some sort of discount on their specialty rolls, or a half priced sushi day like other sushi spots…. If they offered a special like this, I would honestly eat here everyday.

This place is my comfort food option. If I'm having a bad day or I just need a pick-me-up, I ALWAYS come here. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, the food, and the restaurant in general. Thank you guys 💕

My family and I have had only wonderful food and wonderful service. We look forward to the most delicious sashimi, negiri, sushi and hibachi (for our Littles). Our children are beginning to love our "grownup" food so we will have to start ordering more sashimi and less cooked food.

I have worked in the Alcoa/Maryville area for 2.5 years. I have never been satisfied with Japanese Food anytime we have ordered it for lunch. Sakura Sushi and Grill is the best and freshest that I have had. We have definately hit the jackpot here!!

Food was great! Server was really nice. Place was very busy at lunch time. Friday night there was a table at 6:30. Wednesday night had to wait 5 minutes to be seated for a party of 8.

This is definitely our favorite local Japanese place! Friendly staff, fast service, and good food!

First time going. It was amazing. I ordered the sushi / sashimi combo. My wife ordered the crunchy crab roll. Both tasted very fresh. Prices were fair for what you get. After all, it's not your normal sushi restaurant. It is high quality food. We paid just over $60 without tip. We also had their bubble (bolba) drinks. This were great too. If you want delicious sushi, this is the place to go. Tables and floor were very clean.

Delicious dinner paired with mushroom soup and hot tea ... its winter time. First time trying raw sushi was fantastic normally I get vegetarian. I think it was smoked salmon and the other was tuna avacado and cream cheese and avacado and cucumber DELICIOUS!

Definitely recommend!! This was some of the best service and food we have had from a restaurant in a long time. The food was fresh and delicious. My husband bragged about the sushi the whole time he was eating. Also, our waitresses were so sweet! Very attentive and polite.
