AT&T Store

My experience in store was a complete 180 from the 2 calls I had to make today. Shout out to Yasmin in her amazing customer service after a VERY frustrating day for me. I was at the point of wanting to cancel my service until she was able to flip my attitude for the rest of the day. She has a very calming demeanor and so friendly. I am never calling in for any customer service needs unless I have no choice. I will go to her if she is available because I know I will get the care I deserve. Keep being awesome Yasmin!

We came to the AT&T store to upgrade one of our phones and it was an amazing customer experience. Manny went out of his way to help us and the rest of staff in the store are consummate professionals who care about their customers and providing a great customer service experience.

Greg was great and very knowledgeable about every problem and question I had. I would absolutely come to him again. Made a very stressful process of setting up Apple Watch/new phone plans etc. super easy and actually enjoyable! Greg’s the bomb (:

I had the pleasure of working with a very friendly girl named Melanie. She was helpful and patient as I was trying to understand the different plans and which one would be best for me. Melanie was thorough and explained everything in detail, she even helped me understand how to use certain features on my phone. Thank you so much for making my experience at your store a great one!

Manny T was the best! He provided amazing customer service & is very knowledgeable. He was able to solve an issue that online and other att stores could not. Thank you!

Phallen was very patient and kind. He assisted me with getting back into my online account, took care of my billing issue and set up my auto pay. I would highly recommend him and this store!

Stacey was extremely helpful. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had been working with my business IT department for 2 hours to get my device working before they gave up. Went to the AT&T store and Stacey had my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location and will return for any future needs.

Great experience. Melanie was very helpful and knowledgeable, knew exactly what watch I wanted, and funny. I bought a screen protector and Brenda was nice enough to put it on for me, screen protector guru. Thank you folks!!!

Juan Moncada was the best! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and super attentive. I was able to get everything I needed done in a timely manner with such a kind person. Plus he was able to give me other recommendations regarding my needs which I would’ve never thought of. Best experience I’ve had at AT&T. He will definitely be my go to contact and I 110% recommend him for others to go to!

Greg was very attentive and helped my mom with an Apple Watch problem that she had been experiencing for over a year and no one was able to fix it for her until we met Greg ! Highly recommend him.
