They are awesome. I have had many packages delivered to me to my door. All didn't fit in my mail box. Some weighing up to 50 lbs. I moved here 2 years back and that was the only time they couldn't. I had mailed to me 27 boxes. And only when there was too many to deliver was I asked to come pick them up. They even helped me load them into my car. I go in to get a money order done every month. Always respectful and helpful. Nice front counter people and awesome drivers. My mail lady is super nice as I don't have a out going mail from my home. She is always willing to take it for me so I dont have to drive into town. They go above and beyond to give the best customer service. Love this group of people. Thank you

Love this little post office. They’ve even posted their busier hours for those who can go during different times. They’re open for package pick up on Saturday mornings until 11 which makes it easy for me to run pick up my Amazon boxes.

The folks at the Fall City post office are so kind and helpful. Living in the city I always dreaded the lines and chaos, but this place is so different. A really nice personal touch and great service.

Staff is amazing

Shipped my package back to my house instead of where it was supposed to go, then after I took it back here they claimed they couldn’t take it because it had to be UPS, despite the fact that they took it last time and shipped it to the wrong place. The blonde girl also gave a little attitude when I asked questions trying to find out why they couldn’t take it.

They lie they lie about being unable to drop off your package. When it was never on their truck to begin with. then they say it's been delivered but back at the post office. Then they will give it to whom ever lives in the house your package even though it doesn't say their name on it. I wish we had a say in who handles our mail cuz they suck 😡

Another thing I love it how they tell you, you have a package there at 11:30 but they close on Saturday at 11:00 and for the most part they don't deliver any mail in town so I'm forced to use them and their p.o. boxes. Then they hold on to my packages because they don't deliver mail to my house cuz I live in town and won't put it in my p.o. box cuz the address is different. So it's all over a problem. I could change all my mailing address to my PO box but then sometimes they use FedEx so FedEx will drop it off there and they'll hold on to because sometimes they're too big to fit in the their package boxes

Operational hours significantly reduced to being nearly impossible for the average working person to interface with staff. Packages the size of a small shoe box are routinely held in captivity at this facility.

This is the worst post office in King County. They don't deliver packages unless they fit in your mailbox. They open and close during normal work hours, and aren't open on the weekends, so its pretty hard to get your packages. They use the excuse of no turn around, be we can easily get a 35' rv in and out of our driveway. UPS delivers here just fine. Lazy delivery drivers that don't want to get out of the truck.

Terrible service, employee gave additude, just cause I came to pick up a delivery mail cause the driver was to lazy to do his job.

Seems like they pick and choose what they want to deliver. I don't pay for delivery so I can pick things up at the post office that of course is closed at convenient pickup hours. Quit being lazy and delivery the packages.

Poor service and employees that couldn't care less.
