Jin was great getting my international packages sent out! Super fast and nice about sending 5 packages abroad (3 huge ones) and one to the east coast. Basically no wait for us, but unfortunately a long wait for everyone behind us. Jin was by herself getting packages sent out and was great!

This local has always been pretty good. Can have long waits at times, but that's not unexpected. Our local mail carrier is also great (long wavy/curly hair and flannel shirts)

This is a review of the Northbend PO vs the Post office national. I've been in the area for nearly 15 years. My most recent visit was as pleasant as it was from my first. The Northbend PO seems to do all it can with the growing population and population and service demands of the area, even through a pandemic, while still holding the line. Top notch.

Small town Post Office (Snoqualmie WA) but excellent service. My package from there to Kauai, Hawaii was shopped only for 2 days. It never happened from North Bend. Thank you very much. Great team work,

Small post office that serves a small town. Therefore, there are hardly any lines here, and the people working here are nice and friendly and helpful. Note the limited staffed hours: They are closed Saturday and Sunday, and only open 9:00am-4:30pm during the weekdays. The lobby / PO Box access is 24/7, however.

Waiting time is reasonable. The officers are very helpful. I used this post office service two or three times and it was very good.

As far as post offices go, this is about as good as it gets. Rarely busy, at least when I have gone, and staff is friendly and informed.

Probably the best usps location I’ve been to. The employees are always nice and helpful.

Sorry to see that as of Sunday your US Flag was not lowered in accordnace with the Presidential Proclamation issued Friday Ovct 2nd, howed this is understandable since you are cclosed on Saturday and hopefull lowered the flag first thin Monday morning. Thank you!

I have a problem with whoever delivers to my address and Ernie Grove. Several times I have had the flag up on my mailbox and the mail person neglects to take the mail that’s in there. It’s very frustrating because now both of my grandpas have not received their birthday cards and I have to take the cards to the post office, which I do not have time for it.

Deliveries have always been an issue with this and the North Bend location, but this year it’s horrible!
Add to this issue the fact that the Snoqualmie location took out recycling and trash cans and are not requiring patrons to haul the massive amount of junk Mail they stuff in our boxes home.
With all the issues in the last few years is it really a wonder that the USPS is going under?

The absolute worst service available! Our driver is contract driver so she has X amount of time to deliver X amount of mail. So if she has a package and it would take her two minutes more to drive to my house it's inconvenient for her. Really I paid to have it shipped to my address not spend my time going to post office to get it.Again absolutely the worst service from our post office & driver.

I have ordered packages online and they were sent via Snoqualmie USPS only to never show up. Had to drive to the post office and was able to get one package they were about to return. Frustrating!!! I've received packages in the past but it seems no more.

Don’t bother paying for shipping if USPS is delivering, you won’t get it. Other delivery companies are great. I wish Amazon would give an option to not have USPS deliver because they simply don’t.
