Went looking for a shop late on a Sunday and stumbled across this place after I had almost given up. Absolutely love the atmosphere as well as the prices here! They have a deal on disposables EVERYDAY!! This is gonna be my #1 stop for vape things now. I’m so glad they’re open 7 days a week :)

If you haven’t been to Capes Vapes in Dothan you are missing out on an amazing customer service experience. The store is clean and always smells incredible. It’s an inviting and fun experience as soon as you enter the door. The employees make you feel seen and heard. I felt right at home immediately. They’re knowledgeable about all the products they sell and are willing to help with any questions you have about the vaping community. They’ve made a customer for life out of me.

I have absolutely fell in love with Cape's vape shop on the first trip. I have never been into a vape shop that was this clean and super friendly, but I'm so glad I went in here. I was so in shock at how much product was in one vape shop alone, if you want it I can assure you it's there. If your looking for anything vape related, this is the best place to go.

Great shop with great customer service! My 1st time shopping for a vape so really didn’t know where to start. The rep who helped me was informative and helped me every step of the way. I received a discount for being a 1st time shopper there which was cool. They also seem to have a bit of sales going on, which was also a plus. I’m loving my vape right now and the vape flavor I got taste yummy! Sweet even! Would definitely recommend this place. The only place I will go for my vape products from now on.

I've been all over this country more times than I can count, I've met all types of people, but I've never met anyone so sweet, warm, inviting, charismatic, or welcoming in my life, the owner runs such a clean, and tidy store. I could go on for an hour before I use every synonym to describe this woman, and her store, and I'd still be looking for better ways to describe them, if you ever need a vape, or just had a bad day, need someone to talk to for a few minutes, there is no better person, and there is no better place, as a truck driver, Ill be going well out of my way just to come back to this store, I'd be lying if I didn't say I felt ashamed to go to any other store if I was within 30 miles of here.
The amount of knowledge and customer service alone is enough to make me come back, but the store and products are bar none, I'll always come back to capes vapes.

Such a great vape shop, I don’t shop anywhere else! Owner is super friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. Treats you like a friend and not just another customer. I love the BOGO 1/2 off, gets me every time! I really can’t state enough how awesome this place is!

Wonderful customer service. Always helpful. The owner always remembers what I get, and she stayed open late today just for me because I got off late. Plus the owner is awesome!

We had the best experience here compared to the other Vapor Stores in Dothan. The price is very hard to beat and the selection is excellent. Shana is very knowledgeable on the devices, hardware, and juice selection and helped my partner and I get set up with our new devices. Definitely gained us as customers. 5/5 would recommend!

So I vaped about 7 years ago but went back to cigarettes. Decided today to give vaping a try again. Read the reviews here and was impressed, especially with the customer service high rep. Well, they delivered! Shawna was AWESOME! Took the time to go over everything with me about vaping and nicotine and asked me questions to find the best fit for ME! The prices are great but even if they were the priciest vape shop in town, the way you are treated and valued as a customer would be well worth it.
