The gentleman in the store is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He gets to know his customers and offers excellent suggestions. This is the only place we frequent based solely on his customer service. Though the store is also well stocked and priced 🙂

Zipps Liquor Liberty City, Tx run by manager Michael Holland is a 1st class establishment and keeps a great selection of products for the public. They do their best to keep their customers happy and informed about new products and also the status of special orders when inquired about. Michael Holland does a fantastic job at keeping customers happy and the store clean and tidy.

Amy is the best!! She is super friendly and very nice every time we go! She is very quick, we never have to wait, and the store is always very clean! Love this place! It’s our go-to store! She knows our face and what we buy every time we go! Makes us feel like we are special!

Michael is the guy you will usually be paying if you buy something here. He's good peeps, and a good spot, and hell the ONLY spot here in Liberty City to satisfy your Adult beverage cravings! Fairly competitive prices as well. Just go get something, ..damn

Stopped off the highway on my way to my sister’s near Tyler to pick up wine and liquor for dinner. Met Amy and asked for recommendations and pairing help and she was/is AWESOME! Prices were super fair, and Amy is super knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend Zips Liquor in Kilgore highly! Wish this were my local liquor store!

Zipps not only has some of (if not the) best prices in there area, but their employees always make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They never make you feel like just another customer there. I highly recommend Zipps.

Zipps Liquor in Liberty City, TX always has what I need. However, what truly makes this liquor store shine above the rest, is the impeccable service. I am always greeted with a big smile, a friendly face and polite conversation. There is a drive-thru (which is amazing), but you should really take a trip inside sometime. If you do go through the drive-thru, bring your pup for a nice treat! It is the most pleasant hometown store and the people who run it will always make you feel welcome 🙏
