Ann was spectacular yesterday. She patiently pointed me to the right product with no problem, and then when my disposable didn't work, she took the time to use different techniques, ultimately replacing it. That's an excellent policy and great customer service. And I love the "best" vape. It's so worth it especially for 2gs

The Vape Shop i usually go to only because its convenient to where I live always makes me feel rushed to hurry and pick something and check out, But I have to say I had a Completely different experience at Vapor 100 in Kilgore,TX. My salesperson Annie was Very helpful, Pleasant and Extremely knowledgeable about their products and did not make me feel rushed, I have a New Vape Shop! And their Prices are Great!

Customer service is excellent there. They always help me with answer to my questions. Products are good too. If they don't have something I want in they will tell me when it will be in. It's the only place I go for all my vape and juices.

Now my shop of choice, very friendly staff I'm always treated well when coming here. Their prices beat everyone else's in the area hands down, always a great selection to choose from, store is always clean. Their juice prices alone are 6$ to 8$ a bottle cheaper than their closest competitor which keeps me coming back along with their point reward system.

The customer service is great. I usually get the same lady that works in the mornings and she has been able to answer every question I’ve had and given me information I didn’t know I needed! Product wise I mostly only get their delta 8/10 disposables and I 2000/10 recommend. They are also cheaper here than anywhere else I’ve gone to. They’re also in a very convenient location! Love this place!

Staff are always very helpful. You do need to present an ID when you walk in, but this wasn’t an issue for me. Best price to buy vape juice in the area, including Longview. Everything is 25% off right now, definitely take advantage of that while you can!

SERIOUSLY THE BEST VAPE SHOP ANYWHERE!!! You cannot find better prices, better variety, or better people in Texas! Great place for newbies that need a little guidance, and perfect for the pro looking for something different. I swear you won't be disappointed!! Employees have an excellent understanding of the equipment there including mech mods, are always friendly and willing to answer questions if needed, the prices are incredibly reasonable considering the current market for most any vape products. This has become my number one go to store, beating out even the online sources I used to get my vape juice and coils from, so I'd highly recommend swinging in to check them out if you haven't already

Great customer service! Love coming here. A lot if variety and Fantastic guidance for newbies! I live in Boston but always make a point to visit when I'm in the area! Gives those business trips something to look forward to!

One of the few shops I enjoy around. Been to many from longview, Tyler, and Kilgore. They always have a welcoming personality and are willing to help. If they don't know how to help you, they'll point you in the right direction. Annie always helps me out to make sure my set up always matches and looks good

I only give 5 stars because I can't give em 10. The staff is patient, friendly, and knowledge. I drive to the Kilgore location from Henderson because of the service.

By far my absolute favorite store. The manager and employees here go out of there way to help you.They are all very knowledgeable about their products and are very helpful and welcoming.

Great shop! Some of their wares need a bit more testing in my opinion but... I'm a 99% satisfied customer. And will return most likely in days.
