Dothan Ace Hardware

I have no problem driving past other places that might have what I need in order to patronize Dothan's Ace Hardware. The staff is phenomenal when it comes to customer service. Not only do I get what I need, but I often receive advice, and at the very least a smile and a thank you. In today's world, that smile and thank you goes a long way and it lets me know that I'm genuinely appreciated as a customer.
They have a great selection, and the store is always spotlessly clean and well organized. They're a real asset to Dothan.

After going to 8 different places looking for a faucet repair kit, Ace had one that did the trick. They also took the time to help me repair it and I got the water back on at the house. Super friendly people.

I cannot tell you what a professional crew is at this store. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. Everyone is coming around down there and asking you if they can help. Plus the store is clean and organized. I’m happy that location exists. Thank you Dothan Ace!!!!

My wife shops here for pool supplies and other things. And as far as I know, they've always been top knotch in customer service, and they have treated my wife with the utmost respect. So I am happy happy happy.

Valerie went above and beyond making me a new Yukon key with a chip out of my broken key. She was worried it wouldn't work but she took the time to cut it exactly right. She is amazing! Can't thank her enough!!!!! The customer service was fantastic also with all of the employees!!!!I highly recommend them!!

Went in this morning to try and have a key made for our camper. No one has been able to make one, but the lady and gentleman that helped me gave absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever had. Instead of just saying “no”, they worked together to get my key made. Everyone we encountered was smiling and friendly. I wish the Ace we had in our hometown was this nice!!

I have never had a bad experience at this or pretty much any Ace Hardware. I think a good job.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! Great prices and so much easier to navigate than the big box Lowes and Home Depot stores. Make sure you download their app for great deals as well.

As it turns out, they didn't have what I was looking for but I was greeted when I came in, got help right away and they even helped me look online for either ordering from Ace or even other providers to get what I needed that day. Pleasant experience.

These folks have customer service down to an art. The store is very clean; while merchandise is always in order. I have had dozens of keys made there and have never had to return one. I could browse in that place for hours.
