AT&T Store

Thomas was the best representative I have ever dealt with in any store whatsoever. Absolutely an expert and professional with impeccable personality and customer skills!! This store has my permanent business now and recommend this location and Thomas, without reservation.

Had problems with my iPhone ringing only one time to announce callers. The staff was excellent in suggesting a solution. I pick this store above any other AT&T store in Dothan, Al. Thanks Dolly and Rick!

I worked with Caleb at this store and he was awesome. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He’s also very friendly and personable. All of the employees at this store seemed to have similar positive interactions with their customers. I live 50 minutes from this store. There is one closer to home, but the employees at that store are subpar. I highly recommend this store.

Went in to switch my service to AT&T and upgrade my phone. I had the pleasure of having Caleb assist me with finding my new phone, and he was phenomenal. He was so patient with all of my questions and had no problem showing me everything I wanted to see. Normally getting new phones is a nightmare and he made it an amazing experience. He even transferred EVERYTHING from my old phone to my new phone, all the way down to the background and ringtones. I can't say enough how happy and amazing this experience is. Y'all go see Caleb!!

Went to talk about switching from Verizon to Att but was skeptical because of the coverage in our area with Verizon and didn't want to swap and have the same issues. Spoke with Caleb and he insured us we would be happy with the service and worked it out with us so we could see for our selves and make sure. Caleb went above and beyond what a rep needed to do for us. This is the type of customer service the people need to strive for. We are very happy with what we got and highly recommend going to see him and iy him.

I was in store recently and store employee Dolly helped me and she was extremely Professional and was Outstanding in her service. About 2 years ago, I purchased an iPhone 6S and again Dolly helped me get it and started. I was extremely impressed by her customer service and this was the sole reason I returned to this store. Hopefully ATT realizes what a wonderful asset she is to their operation. Thank you Dolly

I could not be more happy with the service I got yesterday at this store. It started with a phone call with Roquel about my need to upgrade my tired old S8+. He verified he had the S20+ in stock. When I got to the store, he had it ready to go and we double checked that it had all the features I wanted. He was very friendly and helpful in getting it all set up with a proper Otterbox for it. Everyone in the store could not be more friendly and helpful than they were. This is one of the reasons why I have been with AT&T for close to 15 years. When you need to go see someone in person, they know what they're doing.

Upon seeing a long line at the store by Outback, I decided to give this location a shot. The service was awesome, very personal compared to my usual experience, the manager helped me to save some money on my monthly bill, and I absolutely love my new Galaxy S4! They even showed me some things about Android I didn't know before... Will definitely recommend and return there myself!

I decided to change providers and move my service. My rep Eddie was a big help with it all I even switched to an iPhone from Samsung after years. If you are ever interested in at&t head down Montgomery hwy and see Eddie tell him I sent you.

I want to give a big shout out to silas he was an amazing help today he answered all my husbands questions and all and did not pressure us to but anything at all in the store. Way to go

My husband and I arrived at this ATT store last night to get new phones and tv service (not knowing how soon the store was to closing time). We had lots of questions and were wrangling a 2 year old, so we said we could just come back another day when it wasn’t so close to closing even though we knew my husband’s schedule does not allow for us to easily run to the store together. Luckily, Kesley Sconiers (who was manning the store) asked us to please stay and kept insisting it wasn’t a burden. She answered all of our questions, got us set up with phones that we love, got us good deals on our services, helped entertain our son while we were making decisions, stayed over an hour past closing time with us, went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed, and has since called to ask how our service was and if we need any more help! We are so pleased with this store and will return in the future! Thanks so much, Kesley!!!
