Went in there today haven't been into one in a few years and exceptional service she helped me from start to finish was very friendly and then wants to see the outcome when I'm done doing my hair definitely will go back in again.

I had just gotten my hair "cut" (destroyed) at Great Clips. Not only did the manager Dana take a picture to show me how badly it was gapped up, but she helped me find the number to their corporate office. She also helped me find the right tool I needed to fix that other place's mess up. She was absolutely incredible! 5☆s, or more if I could. Thank you so much!

Edit:this store went eco friendly meaning they no longer have plastic bags they have paper bags for .15 cents.the company not the employees put this in place.its so annoying to see people have a fit about 15 cents.
