ShopRite of New Milford

I wanted to give brownie points to the cashier, who was extremely helpful, and always had a smile on his face. His name is Jonathan and he was such a pleasure when being checked out at ShopRite in New Milford. His customer service was top-notch!!!!

The customer service is terrific. The store agents are very polite and your bakery is tops. If I could, I would go there every morning just for the bread and pies!

Very clean and organized. The staff know their products well. All the shelves are well-stocked. They have early hours for seniors and pickup parking spots.

Newer location around this area,staff is very friendly and store always stock up on their products,prices are fair compared to other supermarkets,I love the bakery area which is plenty of what ever u looking for

I just had to give my customer experience with Demaris (may have spelled it wrong) and Darnelle. These are top notch employees. Everytime I come to this store these are the best check out lines. They are such kind and wonderful people that make shopping at ShopRite a great experience everytime. Their care and welcoming attitude is what every employee in this store should aspire to. Going to the supermarket can be a bit of a pain, but whenever they help check me out I feel comfortable and tended well to. I just wanted to take the time out to give them their flowers and let corporate know these two are great employees that make their customers feel welcome and tended to with optimal care. Demaris being bilingual is also a plus for us spanish speaking customers! And Darnelles sweet demeanor and helpfulness made my day! Thank you Demaris and Darnelle!

Huge grocery store with an extensive selection of items and great prices. Ample parking and plenty of check out lines.

Neighborhood vibe. Seem to be out of a number of items they use to carry; guess because they're relocating soon they're reducing on-hand stock. UPDATE - Seems like they had everything we were looking for. Crowded for a Tuesday evening. Nice experience. UPDATE 2 - Another nice experience late on a Thursday evening. I definitely recommend this location. Shelves are stocked and sale items are easy to find.

This is my favorite supermarket around me. It's newly renovated. food is always fresh. Has great variety of options

They are open when everybody else is closed due to the snow storm. I was able to survive!! Good quality of products and good customer service.

Clean and easy to get around. Updated still one of the best grocery stores in the area. Great produce. Great butcher.

It's clean and it has plenty of parking. Newly built maybe 5 years old with great selection of hot foods and packaged goods.

This review is for the catering service, and it was excellent. I will absolutely use them again. The food was delicious (lemon chicken, sweet potato wedges, parmesan cauliflower & broccoli, and more) and a freshly made birthday cake that was light and fluffy (I chose chocolate cake, whipped cream, and strawberries). Everyone loved everything. There was originally an error with the order, and they fixed everything right away. My expectations were exceeded. Thank you to the catering team!

I have been to so many ShopRites throughout my life growing up. This one is hands down the nicest one of them all. Very clean, very well organized, and also has a nice selection of budget friendly food and more premium organic food. Very happy to have this ShopRite as my local grocery store.

Gorgeous, huge, and clean shoprite. As a 2023, this ShopRite is 4 years old and it looks brand new

Beautiful store and such a huge selection! Only my second time there because I do not live in New Milford I usually use the Lodi store because its much closer! Anyway, Shelves were fully stocked which I am not used to! This is not a put down to my usual Shop Rite as I assume they have adequate staff here! Great job on/at this store!

First time here since built. My god it has everything and is huge. Very clean. Definitely different then old shopright on other end of town
