Good employees are the lifeblood of any organization. Dolores in the pharmacy department at this Walgreen's location in Oradell, NJ is one of these people. On many occasions when I reached out to Dolores for help, in spite of her always being extremely busy, I always found her to be willing to help, caring, highly knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. Dolores is clearly a very, very valuable asset to Walgreen's! Because of people like Dolores, who sets a good example for everyone else, this Walgreen's location is one of the best pharmacies in the area!

While I was passing through in Oradell NJ, I had to stop in the nearest drug store and pick up some medicine and other necessities and boy was I lucky it was this store! As I've never been in this store and I was in a rush I had asked the staff at this location and they were the most friendly and helpful staff I could work with! Very friendly conversation, recommendations, and walked me around the store to point me to what I was looking for, if I could give this store 10 stars I would more than love to for the management and staff!

I walked in to the Oradell Walgreens this morning around 8:30 AM. I was greeted by associate Sandy. I pointed down to my ankle, which I had sprained the previous day and it was very painful and swollen. I asked Sandy if there’s anyone that could help me find what I need for my sprained ankle so I don’t have to do too much walking around the store. She asked me what I needed and told me to stay where I was. After only a couple of minutes she came back over to me with not only the two items that I needed, but a selection so I would have a choice of which would work better for me. I’ve been in retail for almost 40 years And it is rare to Experience such fantastic customer service. Sandy certainly went above and beyond for me and I am sure to return to this location. Good selection

Poor experience with my vaccine shot last week. Registered online, checked in and asked to wait to be called. Waited half hour but nobody called me. Questioned what happened and I was asked to registered in paper again. Just a mess.

Horrible service provided by Doug! Went into drop of my FedEx package! Asked as per instructions on FedEx drop off that they will print the label! Doug refused and said they don’t do that! Had to drive to another Walgreens store in Dumont and they were able to print it!

The pharmacy is rude and not helpful at all. Even the store staff is rude. You would think that people that are sick coming to get medication would be treated better

actual incompetent workers here. Company itself is awful. Made me reset my password 13 times just for them to log me out and deny my rewards. Workers here are extremely rude, products are overpriced. Miss the days of RiteAid

This pharmacy is incredibly terrible. I called the pharmacy in advance so that my baby’s prescriptions could be processed. I went to the pharmacy one hour after my call, prescriptions were not still processed. They asked me to wait extra 20 more minutes with my sick baby. What a great service!!

Not sure what happened but this pharmacy has gone completely downhill. So glad I'll be moving soon so I never have to use them again. Total lack of communication, care and professionalism.

Worst Pharmacy!!!! At least 5 times now, got a text prescription was ready, get there and they have no record of it and I have to reorder again. I’ll be changing Pharmacies now, THANKS!

Was told I’m not allowed to “smell” the body washes. I’m supposed to just buy soap with no clue how it smells? Never heard of such a thing. Took my business elsewhere.
