DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Was looking for a work shoe that was listed online and couldn’t find it in the store. An associate tried to help and couldn’t find it either UNTIL he came out of the back 15 min later and found the last one available tucked away on a bottom shelf in the back. Thanks for looking so hard so I could have these comfy work shoes!!!

Always a great place for a huge variety of inexpensive yet good quality shoes for men,qomen, and kids. They also have a big clearance section at even deeper discounts. Their loyalty program is great as well - discount coupons and birthday deals! Worth checking out at any DSW store!

Went here with my best friend a few weeks ago because she needed a pair of boots 👢for an upcoming business trip and we both ended up purchasing a pair of lovely and comfortable boots. The cashier (an older Caucasian lady) was so very kind and helped me to locate the a coupon that I was struggling to find and we were very grateful for her patience and loving kindness towards both of us at checkout!! We will be back for more boots later in the year!! ❤

This is by far the best DSW i have ever been to! The staff has always been wonderful and they keep everything so organized and easy to find. Last week I went in last minute to get shoes for my brothers wedding and the manager Chase was awesome, he helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and even help me pick out the absolutely perfect clutch to go with! I couldn’t recommend this location enough definitely going back for all of my future shoes!

This store has an impressively expansive selection of shoes and socks. In addition, the clearance rack appears to have shoes that actually do not look leftover or picked through. The staff members were cordial and the aisles were spacious. I would return to this store.

I was blown away with the service I received at dsw today. I came in looking for a specific shoe to find out it wasn’t in stock. Evelyn was able to look to see if it was at any other stores only to find non in stock. I decided to stay and try on other shoes. All of a sudden Evelyn comes back with a box of shoes in her hands the exact ones I was looking for in my exact size ! She had found them in clearance. When I wanted to try the size down she went to look for me immediately without me even having to ask. When it was time to checkout I was greeted by Josilyn with a big smile. She was extremely kind and helpful. I had forgotten my card at home she put them on hold for me. When I came back I was again greeted with a smile again. she also helped me find out how many points I had. This was my best experience in this store solely based on how I was treated by Josilyn and Evelyn. It’s nice going to a store and being treated so well. I will be back.

I've shopped there many times and never had an employee impress me, as much, as Rachael the Assistant Manager did. She walked around with me and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. I went in for 2 pairs and bought 4 pairs. Then she helped me find some sandals and bought 2 pairs of them. She is such an asset to your store. Rachael is AWSOME ....

SERVICE with a SMILE!

Found a pair of shoes at DSW at the Shops of Legacy and they didn't have my size. I took a pair to the front counter to inquire if they had any back-stock. The clerk with a fantastic smile and professional helpful attitude told me they didn't but she could order them and have them shipped to me with FREE Shipping!
This happened on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning my pair of shoes were waiting for me in my mailbox. But wait there is more. They came with a pre-printed Fed-Ex return label just in case. They fit perfectly so I didn't have to use it.
What a GREAT experience, fast, friendly and at a GREAT price.

Great, no above and beyond customer service. Both cashiers made me feel very special. One helped me by trying and using an expired coupon to save me more with a clearance priced item and help with ordering a correct size; the other one - Jose', kept my coupon to add points from customers who were NOT reward members. I love DSWs anyway, but this particular one will be an extra special fav!!!!!

The supervisor named Marta was very polite and professional, not only she has lot’s of patience and knowledge she never hesitated to find what I was looking for. I wish all employees at this Southlake store where like her.

DSW is the best place to shop. The Southlake location is always stocked, clean and has a great variety of shoes. I choose this location every time.

I wear comfortable formal shoes to work. Both of these brands make comfortable and formal shoes. So now they are my go to brands.

DSW carries both Clarks and Rockport 😊. Plus if they don't have the right size available in store they ship it home for free.

I really like this shopping area. I hadn't been there before, but there are several good stores in this area where you can knock out multiple errands at once. The DSW was nice and pretty much the same as all the others.
