Altar'd State Southlake Town Square

Absolutely love this place. I think I’ll spend all my fun money here from now on and hopefully my wardrobe can be mostly based from here. I got some jeans that fit great. Not all styles fit well because they didn’t have different heights of the same style, so if you’re short, you need to get specific styles, the flare jeans won’t fit well. They had the CUTEST accessories and I can’t wait to buy some. Cute Stanley’s that said “in my wifey era” and “this girl loves Jesus”. I love that this company spends a percentage of their annual donations on charity, 10% of Mondays profits on local charity or ministry, and employees get paid volunteer time. Such an encouraging thought that my money is going towards a company with good morals and one that gives back. Love this place and the people who work there are SO attentive. Maybe don’t go there if you aren’t in an extroverted mood because they all want to chat and offer help. The fitting rooms are such a vibe, with candles, a prayer request book, and cute setup. Love it

I go in here all the time they have some of the most beautiful dresses for all sizes including extra smalls and amazing staff today Emily and Reese helped me they were so helpful I asked them to get different sizes in the changing room they more then happily did with a smile on their face and they asked how I was doing and if everything was fitting right what amazing customer service. They need tipping options🤣 Thank yall so much!!!

I can only speak for my experience and rate this location as the ladies have always been friendly and helpful to me everytime I visit. But I see other reviews where people were singled out for some reason or another and it saddens me to learn that the customer service is not consistent for everyone. I have been on that end of being singled out in other stores so I understand how that feels. I hope management can do something about this issue. Otherwise the merchandise is great, affordable and they also have a wonderful sale section.

Love this place!!! Addi packed up my pick up order and wrote a sweet little message on my bag. The girls there are so sweet and friendly! They immediately helped me and were so kind. The store was very clean with a great selection. Highly recommend this location!!!

Lots of clothes on sale and really cute items throughout the store! Love the Christian aspect of the store and loved the music too! Sweet young ladies working there and no pressure from them! Got 2 scarves at buy one get one free...so cute! I'm a grandma so not too many clothes to my style, age, or size but I love looking around and watching other females have fun! Go to this store - you will like it!!

The store is very clean, very well displayed, and very well stocked except the boots. The sizing seems to usually skip from 8 - 9.5's that are sold out. Seems the ordering should be increased in that area. You can't sell what you don't stock in store. Perhaps the online ordering has a better inventory warehouse to pull from there.

LOVE this store in Southlake! They greeted us with friendly faces and allowed us to shop Mask-Free since the Governor of Texas lifted the mask mandate! We left Francesca's down the street due to a rude employee mandating unconstitutional masks and would not let us shop there. Altar'd State was refreshing and open to everyone. Thank you for your friendly atmosphere and trendy clothes. We are happy to spend our money at stores like yours and will be back often!

I came in to the store to look for a dress for my engagement party. Throughout my time in the store I had three separate sales associates who would check on me, pull dresses down from the top hangers, give suggestions, or check in the back for different sizes. They were all so friendly and helpful. From the time I entered the store to when I was ready to try on, the store became very full of customers and I saw how the employees were attentive to everyone - answering someone else's question while they got a dress down for me or taking several customer's armfuls of clothes to hold them in the dressing rooms. Even when the line for a dressing room was 10-deep, the employees were upbeat and helped us all through the line quickly.

If I hadn't been looking for a specific outfit, I could have tried on the entire store. The clothes are all so cute and they are good quality. The fabrics feel sturdy and soft. The prices are a little high, but I believe the quality makes it worth it. The sizes seemed to run large in my opinion. I'm normally a 4 or a medium in dresses, but in one style I needed an XS.

Definitely put this shop on your list as a go-to when you need some new, cute clothes!
