The store has several products that I can’t find elsewhere. The employees are friendly and accommodate you if you ask for help.

This is my go to store! They always have the best fruit, and they also have a good assortment of organic fruits. In the Sumner I love to go to Ralph's for their quality steaks, and weekly deals on steak.

Cannot thank Gloria enough, she was very helpful with my first visit to the store during covid. She was kind, upbeat, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be back because of her, hire more people like Gloria!

This location allow for quick purchases and quick payment. They usually have a good number of cashiers open at any given time. Clean store and always well stocked. Totally fast and friendly service.

Great people, great prices, great stuff! Fresh produce and lots organics, if you're into that sort of thing. LOTS of beer to choose from and amazing prices on spirits. Very clean, and has a real down-to-earth neighborhood vibe.

I had mistakenly posted photos of expired yogurt yesterday 11/23/2021 which had since been deleted. The photos were taken from RInaldi/Corbin location Ralphs. I was so upset that I posted without doing my due diligence after I typed "Chatsworth Ralph" in google. I deleted that review and I am writing this one. I should be more careful writing reviews. I have shopped at this Ralphs before and had no problems.

Best grocery store in town! Only place my wife & I go too! Raised 6 kids, and ourselves on a very tight budget & wouldn't of been able to do it if we didn't have Kroger Foods Ralphs Grocery Store to shop at! They have everything everyone needs year-round, all seasons! Thank You! The Entire Kraft Family!

Community store - Hughes store for decades. favorite store for forty+ years. Recently remodeled and enlarged. Staff very helpful. However, few vegan selections, and many prices moderately high. Good parking.

My husband and I loved it. We had a microwave brought to room and had some breakfast in our room and could have dinner in our room. It is centered from a grocery store down the street to gave you options.

I have lived in Chatsworth lake manor all of my 50 years. On Nov. 8, 2018 I lost my home to a woodland fire that started in Wolsely cyn. To make matters much worse 7 days after the fire my vehicle broke down. I was stranded in Porter Ranch with nothing. I spent my last $150 to repair my car. I had no food the entire time I was stranded. On the way home I pulled into the parking lot. Looked up the number, swallowed my pride and called the store and asked to speak with the manager. I told. The person on the line my situation and that I had not eaten in 2 days. She invited me into the store and bought me dinner. With her own money. This speaks for itself as to the quality of the people who work here. The managers name was "Blanca" and she is an angle. Thank from my heart.

The workers are the best.good management. Good prices. Good food plenty off parking.

I luv the manager DISCOUNTED idems in veg.and fruit, bakery goods and meats/ seafood. The WHOLE Staff-Crew at Chatsworth store are Great at their jobs and very well trained in customer service. The floor and store are clean and no merchandise on the floor (like at Vons-Chatsworth. I recommend this Ralph's to friends and family cause I trust the store to be stocked and ready to help those I send there. Thanks to those at my Chatsworth Ralph's. Mr Robert A Brown.

I was here when it was originally Hughes. Wow I am definitely an old geezer. This place brings back so much memories, especially during the Northridge quake. I had remember when it was Hughes and the lights were off, we were literally shopping in the dark with some light coming from the windows. It definitely seemed like a zombie movie. Though zombie movies weren't popular in that day and age. My family has been living off from this Ralphs for many years. It was until 2002, when we moved to Porter Ranch, we had to say goodbye to a ton of history. The staff that had worked there were family to us. Around the 2000's, the original staff of hughes had moved on to Ralphs in Granada Hills. A couple days ago, we were in the area and stopped by the old place. This is now a Ralphs, and much has changed in the store. The layout is still a bit the same. As I walked in the store, i felt like a little kid again. Walking into the store, being greeted by the cashiers mom had known. Of course Hughes, all the cashiers had worn blue aprons. It was just a great place to shop. It still is even with the new staff and the new decor. I love this place.

Best meat and sea food selection around!! Always fresh and they cut to order and offer easy for you sea food bags!! All complimentary !! Love this store

I love this Ralphs location because Roy, Shant, Norman, Efrain, and Spencer are ALWAYS, literally ALWAYS, so friendly with my family. I learned how to pick THE BEST pineapple because of Efrain's guidance. During my pregnancy Roy ensured that an employee was available to empty my cart onto the conveyor belt, then had another employee load my car for me. Shant is always willing to check for additional stock if we can't find our preferred items on the shelves.
Seriously, we always leave THIS Ralphs location with a smile. We've been patrons of this location since March 2014 and we live walking distance to "other" named stores and a shorter drive distance to alternate Ralphs locations. Still.........we drive the distance to come to THIS location because the customer service is top-notch.

I love..love LOVE this Ralphs. I have been going here for 4 years. Xalia Star is my music name. They know me as the fluorescent light sensitive lady. Anyway, i dont know everyone's name by heart, unfortunately .Annabelle who closes is a doll. Alayna and Stacey, too. Appreciate that they helped me figure out which gift card i purchased was which, in regards to the right amount since I lost my receipt and didn't want to send family/friends the wrong gift cards. The girl who usually wears a bun on her head who sometimes closes is a doll, too. All the women seem nice. All the men are swethearts, too.
