I needed to unexpectedly cancel my order so with low expectations I emailed my request just to see if I could possibly get any help. To my surprise they canceled it within an hour and I had my funds pending back in my account! They always go above and beyond my expectations when it comes to dealing with an online boutique! Truly hassle free! You will not be disappointed!

Great selection for my style and age. I am 30 years old and 5 foot 9. It Is hard to find clothes long enough to fit the length of my waist but with this company i can tell by looking at how it lays on the model if it will work for me. And the sizing is true and i never have to guess. The website is easy to navigate and shipping is pretty quick.

There is no way to put into words how fabulous The Mint is! I have tried several other boutiques and nothing compares to them! Not only are their clothes fabulous, great quality and affordable (especially the sales !) but their customer service is above and beyond! They are super quick and efficient with online ordering, processing and shipping. Literally within hours my items ship. They are always correct too, never get a wrong item or size. Everything I buy for myself or gifts, always gets high compliments and no one else ever has it! SO being unique and different is a plus! I love that online they give the measurements for each item as well as model info to compare (that takes forever to do and post I am sure) as we all know some items you need a small, some a medium, etc. That is the best touch and feature I say so you know you are getting the right size the first time. None of that generic general size charts that other websites do! You can also buy seasonal items year round, so you are always ahead of the game! I love The Mint Julep Boutique!! I ordered my wedding dress from there a few weeks ago, and LOVE it!! The fit and quality is perfect! I also ordered a pair of sandals from them yesterday, last minute for my Saturday wedding, and they have already shipped! I was worried about not having them in time, so I paid for 2-day shipping, but probably didn't even need to worry, as my dress was bought on a Friday, shipped same day, and was received on the following Tuesday. I will absolutely continue to be a customer of Mint Julep from now on!!

I ordered 5 or 6 tops from The Mint Julep. Not only did they all fit great, but they were all adorable on!! Online shopping can be tricky, but this company does things right. I have only ordered online from this store and I love it. The customer service is absolutely outstanding! The mail had delayed my exchange and I really needed the new sized dress for a wedding. After contacting them, they immediately got my exchange through and sent out the new dress to a new address! I am so appreciative of their time and helpfulness. Love this boutique! I have a few boutiques that I shop at and this is for sure one of the best ones! they have such a large variety of clothing, and especially love their fall and winter collection.I have two sweaters I bought from them last year and the quality is amazing, i've bought some sweaters from some other boutiques recently and the material is kind of thin and yarn like, but the sweaters from the mint are soooo much better quality. i bought another shirt for fall a few weeks ago, which i love, and they shipped it a few hours after I placed the order and it arrived the next day. They are very on top of things here.if you're a boutique shopper like me, then I would definitely recommend the mint!

Great customer service! I wasn’t happy with items purchased and Mint Julep customer service made it right since it was my first time shopping. I did receive a gorgeous sweater wrap dress. Because of the great customer service, I definitely feel comfortable shopping here again.
