My go to for finding clothes and bags. I like the help I get in the ladies department. Generally the store is well stocked.

Visiting in the area for the holiday weekend and we shopped at this Dillards location for the first time today (Black Friday). Hands down the BEST service I have had in years at a department store! It was so refreshing to be greeted with smiles and offers of help! Kudos to the store managers and department managers!

Today i was at the make up sections getting a foundation and there was this sweet lady with a white coat helping me, she was very charismatic with such a great vibe , i love when people look so happy helping costumers ! Also the sales person on the perfume section was nice and helpful!

The salesperson in the Lingerie Dept. was very helpful and patient with me and my daughter for fittings. As an African American young woman, it was nice to see another African American woman enjoy their job with a smile. A smile and laughter can go a long way with someone who may not have haf such a good day. I cannot remember her name but she worked on Nov 4th. I just want to say THANK YOU AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU!

Found a nice pantsuit ensemble for my daughter to wear to a wedding this weekend. The customer service representative was awesome! She made the difference on finding the right stuff on a tight schedule.

Scott n suit department is awesome! Took up a lot of time with me and I got a great looking suit, extra pants, shirts, ties. HSM suit for me fit really well compared to several other brands I tried. Awesome, classy go there.
