The ladies Kelsey, Donna and Becky were the most helpful in getting my proscription to me I love the small town community such a nice and honest place

The Bellevue Kroger on Donnermeyer has a gem of a customer service person named Audrey. She is very sweet, very friendly and EXTREMELY efficient. It's a regular thing to see her behind the Guest Service desk, and then a few minutes later, find her helping out in the flower department, or bagging groceries, or doing a million other tasks, and anyone who has a question about anything makes a beeline to this woman. She always has the answer. I love seeing her in my local store

This Kroger is great for small, short trips on the way home. It's small compared to others but that's fine and doesn't have the stock as the bigger ones but that's fine. They can still handle just about any size grocery list. The parking lot is on the small side but still reasonable. The staff is friendly and professional and knowledgeable.

One of my favorite grocery stores! This little store is quick and convenient, and the self check out lines are never too long, which I love. Kroger has awesome sales and this one always has the things I love and am looking for. The location is walkable and there are bus stops along the way, if you have to take one of those options. I also like that they stay open late, til 1 AM.

The lady with pinkish red hair who works at self checkout deserves to win the lottery my day was a mid 5/10 and i tried to pay but my card kept messing up so i just tried to walk out and she payed for my groceries now i get it was only a couple cents but no one has ever did that for me thank you for paying for dinner for my family

Just bought flowers from here and wow. I have never had such a nice unwrapping experience in... to long to even remember and I unwrap flowers weekly. The flower lady was very nice and very helpful. I wish more kroger flower departments had whoever is in charge at this one's technique. Thank you for the beautiful bouquets.

I usually go shopping here. A little more expensive than some places I’ve been, but has more selection of foods. Both Robin and the cashier that works for Boone County Schools as well is good. Other cashiers are good as well and they have a self checkout lane. Takes cash, EBT, prepaid and regular debit cards, and credit cards (don’t know about Apple Pay). Also, I think Kroger participates in Instacart now.

Christie at the Deli was so incredibly helpful when I needed a last minute sandwich tray. I truly appreciate her!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean store and organized shelves. Lovley deli with nice variety of grab and go lunch items, and fresh baked goods for morning pick me ups. Beautiful flower arrangements in vases for gifts. Great prices.

This Kroger and team is wonderful. I have shopped a few Kroger stores to find the easiest, most friendly grocery pickup for my elderly parents to try. Lisa and Ruth came out 2 minutes after I arrived. They were polite, professional and it felt like I was at a family owned grocery in a tiny town with the care they displayed. Thank you so much!

This is one of the best Krogers in the Cincinnati area. I would consider it a flagship store. It is a Kroger Marketplace and therefore has a large grocery, deli, bakery and produce area as well as to go food options like pizza and bbq, it also has a Starbucks and great Murrays cheese and olive selection. They also have a large home goods area with clothing, decorations and furniture. I hold every Kroger I visit that is a marketplace to the standard set in Newport and I have yet to come across one that compares not only in selection, but also freshness, cleanliness, appearance and accessibility.

The team there is working so hard through the pandemic. Lisa and her team doing my pickup order today were amazing! They were compassionate and worked quickly. Absolutely knocked it out of the park when kroger hired them! Hope that Kroger is providing paid sick time so they keep good team members around for the long haul. I don’t know if they do or not. The team did have PPE, which is awesome. Shows that Kroger cares about those employees and the customers they interact with.

Has what ever you need. Sadly there was only 2 cashiers working, so i had to use self checkout.

Everyone is always warm and welcoming...the store is clean and my fave department is the Floral! I love the variety of fresh cut flowers that are available year round.

Love my little Kroger. In a day and age when massive superstores and mega marketplaces are taking over this place is a refreshing and welcome change of pace. They always have everything I need, priced well and without having to wander around for hours just trying to find the right section. I hope they never close this little gem

Great service awesome, knowledgeable, very helpful employees there for you in any way possible to make your shopping experience better! Very wide selection on hair care products, and many other product selections throughout the store! Overall a very great shopping experience!!!

We have stopped shopping at the Kroger Marketplace at Newport Pavillion, and started shopping here in Bellevue. It's a smaller store, produce can be a little iffy sometimes.

But, the staff is great! Its far less crowded, and makes for a much nicer shopping experience.

The BEST PART, the butch here really knows how to cut steaks and chops to the correct thickness! Nice and thick, perfect for the grill!
