I've always enjoyed shopping Target Brands and deals!

Never any major issues in store at anytime for the last 10 years!

Specifically this Newport location!

Staff is always courteous and helpful in solving any issues that I have come across regarding self check out, returns, or using my target circle!

Who could want anything more? it's Target...I have to question anyone who complains about this specific Target when comparing to the alternatives..Sure there are tons of things I don't like if I were comparing on a national level of other Targets I've shopped at but the bar is much lower in this area when considering the alternatives...Although Meijer is giving Target some competition. While this isn't the most ideal big box store I have used, for this area it's the best around. Target also carries many of my favorite brands that I can't find in other stores...Surprisingly this Target also carries the brand of sparkling water I like along with a good selection of foods when needing to make a last minute charcuterie board ... Target employees are also friendly, professional and look well put together and what a consumers or at least I love about the Target brand... As mundane as that may seem, many big box stores seem to focus so much on "low prices" they fall short remembering the employees are the face of a brand's reputation...Target nails it by having employees wear their brand colors..Unlike competitors who have employees wear regular clothes assuming everyone dresses " professionally". Shopping is about the experience and I personally don't like shopping in a store where everything looks messy and cheap... Hence why I refuse to shop in person at Walmart especially the local Walmarts here...Every Walmart I have ever shopped at no matter where the Walmart is located especially in Kentucky, employees seem as if they've either rolled out of bed or just stepped out of the trailer..A person does not need to make a lot of money to tuck in a shirt or press a pair of pants...Regardless of a person's job, they should always dress for the job they want and not the one they have..Plus it's very off putting when I see Walmart employees outside smoking.... Target is my first choice and best runner up when purchasing staple and family items since Whole Foods and Trader Joes aren't close by..Plus they scored enormous extra points when I was able to find Veuve Clicquot Champagne I like using when making a beurre blanc pasta sauce....

Love shopping on the Target app!! Order what I need in a few clicks. Drive up to the designated spots. Notify that I've arrived. And a friendly team member delivers it to my car. On Target! 📱🚗🎯

Target has a good price. I bought Fairlife milk is much cheapest here compare to other place!!

We were in the store yesterday. We made a purchase and a bag got left behind at the checkout. Problem 1; we live 6.5 hours away. Problem 2; different country. Problem 3; we didn’t realize it until we got home 🙈. Customer Service helped us resolve the situation and we couldn’t be more thankful!

This particular store seems to have some genuinely cool employees - any I’ve had the chance to chat with for a few have all come across as being legitimately interesting and having a great sense of humor. I recently had to return some lightbulbs that just weren’t the ones I needed and the process was really effortless from my end and super quick. Always an enjoyable shopping trip!

Electronics department staff were incredibly kind and helpful two weekends ago. My daughter and I had just shopped for items for her first apartment and when we went back to her car the remote would not unlock the door. Very oddly, the actual metal key (that works in the ignition) did not open the door - I still have to take that up with the dealer who sold us the car used. The staff at the electronics desk, and one particular man, was incredibly thoughtful and industrious in helping us. He found items in the store to open the key fob and a close enough button battery (exact size was not available), to get the remote working again. Another employee provided some advice about where to go to find the exact battery once we were on the road again. And yet another employee made sure to help the other customers that stopped by while the first was helping us. They worked as a team to provide great service to all the Target electronics customers. My daughter and I were just moving her there from Pennsylvania and had no one to call to help us or bring the other set of keys, so we were very grateful to the Target electronics department personnel, especially the man who worked so hard to get the remote open and a working battery for us.

There is a Starbucks employee that provided great service to me about 5 minutes ago. I didn’t get her name but I appreciate your great service. I didn’t know what I wanted and she recommended a drink and it’s amazing. I had to leave a review because of her integrity, she did not allow me to tip her.

I visit Target in Newport Ky at least twice a week. Everyone is nice and the store is always clean but today I had Maggie as a cashier and she was great. Maggie explained the target wallet benefits and actually told me organic bananas are less expensive then non organic. It’s the little things with me and I really appreciated her. She was such a pleasure to talk with. Her customer service was amazing.

All employees (in pharmacy and checkout) were polite and helpful. I give particularly high marks to Kimberley who greeted me as she passed by me in the aisle and was super friendly when I checked out in her lane. A fantastic employee!

I ordered a microwave oven online from Target.com and used the pick-up at the store option. This works great. I got the product I wanted and a four-day window for picking it (and this can be extended, if needed). I could have had someone bring it to my car, but I had a return, so went inside to pick it up. The pick-up, return and getting product to the car took less than 10 minutes. Way to go Newport Target.

My product was ready for pickup within an hour of purchase. I was able to add my mother as the alternate pickup person. Check out was fast and easy. Updates were sent via email and text. I have yet to be disappointed by Target's online ordering / ship to store.

The service is free & considering shopping is no longer a leisurely task, I like that I can get my favorites without having to set foot inside. It’s awesome when I have my dog too so she’s not excluded in our adventures, especially on hot days. Comparing it side by side with other pickup services in our area, it’s the best so far. Nothing in the order was missing, the timing is super flexible, I clicked “on my way” in the app & the timing was impressive! Best of all, during these difficult times, I’ve had to use pickup & curbside more than ever & hate that it can get terribly expensive & Target is free! Can’t say what it was before Covid, but right now I’m utilizing it, especially when some stores didn’t allow entire families thus making it darn near impossible for me to shop with little children! Target may not be regarded as a top notch grocery source, but for now it beats the lack of groceries at others.

This location is wonderful. Always have what we need and always a clean store. The associates in toys today were extremely helpful in locating some dolls we were looking for.

Store is clean, neat and had everything I went to purchase. Kimberly our cashier was the best. She put a smile on my face. Hope you can share this with Kimberly at the Newport, Kentucky Target Store!
