Kroger Marketplace

Excellent selection, clean, well-organized. Parking is easy. Has many “extras” - A bank, Starbucks, clothing and local sports fan items.

Restrooms are clean (near the bank). Great flower selection and friendly staff at the flower counter.

Quiet in the morning and early afternoon makes my shopping time pleasant and not rushed to get out quickly.
I'm excited over the new food products they get in, especially with the International food in aisle 10.

The older gentleman, Jerry, who brings me my pickup orders every Sunday deserves a raise, he is great! He recognizes me and is very friendly.

This seems like one of the largest Krogers in in terms of the area. They do have Pharmacy Marketplace pick up instacart options available as well. That is free parking. Kroger Liquor and Kroger gas station are nearby. It's wheelchair accessible. Options for every item are many, so you better come prepared to what to buy.

Great supermarket. Excellent produce, a wide variety of meat and seafood along with a slew of ready prepared foods. Aisles are wide and well lit and staff are helpful.

Place is huge. Lots of hustle & bustle. Some times the veggies are not restocked quickly. But the rest is great !

The produce here is better than the fresh thyme. It is clean and the staff always tries to do their best to help. The app is great for getting deals on the go if you are a smartphone guy like me.

Such a beautiful store. Always so well stocked and clean.

Clean, pleasant, and welcoming store. Also, I appreciate the friendly interaction with the bag boy and cashier at check out.

Clean and we'll stocked. Outstanding staff and great service. I left my phone in a cart and the teenage kid collecting the carts found it and made sure it was kept and returned to me (Thanks Dylan). You will not regret shopping in this store. They always have a huge variety of product and amazing sales. I highly recommend you all check it out.

Going to the grocery is not usually fun, but this is the best Kroger I have ever used. There is great selection and perhaps most importantly, there are plenty of lines open. While it does get crowded due to the volume of customers, I almost never have a wait time. I believe the corporate headquarters keeps a strong presence here because it is close, but that pays off big time for us.

Decent selection of items. Pharmacy does a good job too.

Outdated message: “But whoever is in charge of the cart corrals especially on the pharmacy side needs to step up. Always low counts of carts on that side and RARELY have any of the small carts been in stock. So far these past four months I’ve only seen them restock ONCE. GIVE US MINI CARTS!

Edit: after this post they’ve increased the number of mini carts and have had them restocked on a majority of occasions. Mini carts are Still popular and thanks kroger for getting more. Giving you back the five stars.

I went through the self check out at Krogers in Newport pavilion and had the best experience I have ever had!!! The gentleman that was working the registers is the best most respectful, caring , awesome employee. His name is Todd and he made me rethink on how I felt about krogers after an nasty incident with a worker who was so foul to my ex husband and I. But Todd was like a breath of fresh air versus the last time!!!

I've been to this Kroger store a few times and I appreciate the staff and customers continuing to wear Masks! Not a lot of customers do at other Kroger stores. I feel safe

Great place to shop. The variety is wonderful, prices are great if you shop smart. Meat and deli service is the best. You can find anything that you want here. They have ready to food should you be for dinner and even a nice courtyard of sorts should you want to have your meal there. The even have a pharmacy on site so can get your prescription needs filled while you shop, eat or both. A must shop!Enjoy!

This location is a "super Kroger," meaning it has an extended selection of foods, a restaurant-like cafeteria, a sushi bar, an expanded deli/bakery, large fresh seafood bar, and roughly half the store is devoted to a non-foodstuff section including clothing and home goods.
The food in the cafe is always freshly made and delicious, but the chairs are "high chairs" so it can be a little uncomfortable. The deli and bakery are always well-stocked with quality products that you can't find at regular Krogers. The sushi bar has an impressive variety of ready to go meals, as well as chefs on hand for fresh orders.
The clothing section isn't enormous, but it is much larger than one might expect and, besides clothing, includes shoes, belts, and other accessories.
There are always plenty of registers open and two full sections of self checkouts, one at each entrance. This location is also equipped with an actual jewelry store, coffee shop, bank, and gas station.
Parking is atrocious, however it is not due to lack of space or poor design, but rather the popularity of this location. You may have to circle the lot a few times, but the store is well worth it.
