Sabina communicated clearly and thoroughly about all steps throughout the process of purchasing new phones and transferring data. She helped me to understand what I needed to do first (transport line from my employer to my existing personal plan) and then reviewed all of my incentive offer options and which phones they applied to. The transfer of data that followed for both phones was fast and painless. Top notch!!

Jazz did a fantastic job of retrieving my contact which had been lost. She helped me revise my plan and setup my new IPhone 13. Then she moved everything from my old phone to the new one. She setup facial recognition and put the new liquid sealant on the phone and a case. Then before I left she made sure to test me. She was delightful,very knowledgeable and very patient.
And she did everything with a smile on her face.👍

Phillip @ Verizon in Georgetown square near Walter Johnson high school is the reason why I haven’t left Verizon yet. He solved all our long term billing issues with Verizon, he walked my mother through how to set up her new phone, and helped my brother set up his new phone. Phillip was multi tasking taking care of 4 customers and making everyone laugh and just going above and beyond his service! Phillip is extremely relatable and people friendly. It felt good knowing that he wasn’t forcing a product at us. Because we all know Verizon management pushes their store employees to sell sell sell. Phillip, I will be buying more products from you! Verizon should have Phillip train all store employees.

As far as in store experiences go, this Verizon store delivers. The two staff members and the manager I worked with were all on top of their game. It is great to have a location for my wireless carrier in such a convenient shopping center. Additionally, the solution to my issue was delivered in a creative way that I didn't anticipate. They saved me time and money!

Came in because my phone wasn't working properly,
The rep, tiffani, pulled up my account and worked out pricing with her manager to get me a new iPhone 7 for only an extra $6/month.

Not only that, they took their time with me and gave me the information that I needed to properly attain the promotions on my account.

There's a reason for the many stars! I went in to get a new iPhone and was bowled over by the professionalism, courtesy, and just plain fun of Philip Brownlee. He worked very quickly to sync my old and new phones and get me perfectly set up and out the door. He is himself a star! Thanks!

Phil helped me out when I ran into trouble trying to complete an upgrade online. He was patient and thorough in handling the situation even though we encountered numerous technical roadblocks. Would definitely reach back out to Russell Cellular for my Verizon needs.

The earlier reviews are right... this store has truly excellent customer service. The manager, Kabir, took care of my issue quickly and efficiently and, just as important, he was kind and helpful to every person who entered the store.

Both of the salesmen there were very helpful and provided excellent service. They were able to save us money and my mother even got a brand new iPhone on top of the savings thanks again guys.
