I only come here for gas and slushies and every time a good experience, sometimes friendly. I wish they had more iced coffee selections, at least caramel.

The young man greeted me me as I came in the door, and at check out asked did I find everything I needed.

Great price for gas, but the old cashier is very very rude.

This isn't a restaurant or a top tier shop that everyone is expecting a 5 star experience from. The gas is the cheapest I've seen anywhere else, and that's why I give I 4 stars. It's A GAS STATION. Get a few snacks maybe and that's it. However cashback at the register would be nice though.

I give them one star because I cannot give lower. I have mobility problems and I was low on fuel heading to Rush Copley hospital to go to the E.R. because of a worsening of my mobility issues. Called the handicap assistance number on their pump twice and they let it ring until a fax picked up and then hung up. Notifying corporate too.

I wanted to buy the 2 for $3 Brisk Iced Tea. I selected 2 of the Blackberry Smash flavor as usual. When they rang up, they came up at $1.99 each. The lady at the counter said "yes, I see 2 but must be 2 different". I explained this was in error but she said no. I showed her the yellow sale sign and then she said "oh, it's tea AND JUICE" and said I had to buy a tea and a juice. I told her she was wrong again, and that I have bought these many times before. She refused to help or listen to me. I simply left and will never shop here again.

This store is always busy but the management never staffs for it. Good luck in the morning, the cashiers are too busy in the freezers to help. Also, even though its not their fault, the line stalls with people playing the lottery. Ive stood in this line for 20 minutes more than once. Ive started going to Thorntons or Delta sonic, no lines and fast, courteous service.

I was treated like garbage by one of younger employees 3 months ago. After several years of coming to this establishment..I have not returned. I have never been so embarrassed by the treatment of this young man. Rude, loud and aggressive and lied straight to my face. I originally left a review and contacted 7-eleven and gave all info regarding the incident. Never heard back. So I just take my daily business elsewhere.

On 9/11/21 my son went to grab donuts. The cashier was rude and yelling at my son to hurry counting his money. Mind u he is 13 checking him out. My son came home in tears. This place is rude and wants u to hurry up but wait on them. I will never go back and will be filing a report.

Title: Was kicked out by an old guy due to false advertising... Horrible Service as Well!!!! Gas way to overpriced!!!

I was trying to purchase some beef jerky and two different types of mixed nuts that they had on sale and apparently they were ringing out more expensive than what they were advertising. I told the worker and the worker told me he can't do anything. And I asked him why are they pricing them wrong. Then all of sudden he got extremely mad and he started swearing at me and told me to leave the store!! I was extremely shocked.. so shocked that I ended up calling corporate and I decided to never go there again. I Strongly do Not recommend this place..

Parked my semi truck there at 5 pm than went down to Rudy's for some pool. Came back to the semi-truck and it was towed? I have parked there for years. They could put a something on my door to if let me know there gonna start towing semi-truck out. It costed 700 dollars later. Real nice. Costumers don't shop there. Buy your gas somewhere else! Just trying for some payback. Semi's bring food, fuel and many other things. It's hard to fined a parking place.
