Joseph was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and with switching us from our current providers for internet and cell service to T-Mobile.

I brought in a new-for-me phone to be unlocked and my flip phone SIM card and contacts transfered. Adrian made that look very simple.

Then he diagnosed my main phone as having a broken speaker. And since its charge port isn't working properly, he spent a good while transferring my pictures for me to my "new" phone, etc. He was very patient, helpful, and kind. And showed me how to do several things better and more simply.

I am very pleased with the fantastic customer service I received! Thank you so much, Adrian! Props to the store manager, too, for the great way he answered my call before I came in, and the way he treats his customers AND staff.

Teayona + Tyler were super helpful! I came in to troubleshoot my phone and they were very resourceful. Joseph came in while they were supporting and was also very nice! Great representatives at this location!

We just switched from ATT and the young gentleman Joseph was a great help and alongside were his coworkers (my daughter Teayona) and their manager Meshach. They were both very professional while handling 4 new lines. They even got us set up for reimbursement for what we owed on our phones at ATT. We definitely recommend.

Fairly quick service given how many staff members they have. Very helpful in learning about my plan and new features on my s23+.

Not very informative, the 800 num told me 1 thing, the store said a diff thing just wanting a bunch of money. I ended up doing much better by calling t mobile 800 num, and got all set up, paid $13 down, when the store wanted almost 200. So better off calling t mobile directly.

Stop in so I can get my t mobile hat. The store looks nice, but there is no good service. I stood there for 10 minutes no one said nothing to me so I left. I will not be coming back. I will continue to go to the other t mobile store in Benton Harbor
