McDonald's

I was craving a burger and fries so I stopped in.
The counter guy was friendly and fast, the food was hot and just like I remembered.
The place was clean as can be.
Best of all, the fries were crispy!

This McDonald's has been on the Berlin Tpke (CT Rt 15) since the dawn of time. This location has easy-in and easy-out access with a 2-lanes of drive-thru. Presently the in-door ordering is allowed but no indoor seating. The location is beautiful and clean. Service is fast. COVID19 compliance was excellent.

Best burger I ever had. Will definitely go back. Just wish there was one in my neighborhood.

Staff here are very polite

Every time I’ve been here the staff has been very collected and calm during a big rush. Most of the time the drive through is packed and there are a lot of orders but they manage to keep my order correct and are probably the nicest people in a fast food place I have seen in a while

If you go inside it’ll be a better experience as there is typically a long line in the drive through.

Also, beware at night time this place becomes a hangout for people who have nothing better to do than hangout in a Macdonald’s parking lot with their “sports cars”

Had the breakfast Sausage Burrito. Excellent, I have to say. Very clean bathroom and seating area. Will definitely return to this location

This McDonald's on the Burlin turnpike stays pretty busy at their drive-thru but seems to keep everything moving at descent pace as well I can say the same for the interior which stays immaculately clean

Very nice looking, very clean, asked for my order immediately, manager walked around to see if something needed to be picked up or cleaned, very attentive to his location, and he was also bringing the food out to the cars in the parking lot

Handled rush hour really well. There was a CONTINUOUS line of about 30 cars today around 8:00pm. My order was 100% correct including sauces and food was hot. I switched my order a little at the payment window, with all the cars, cashier could've had a bad attitude but instead the Cashier was courteous and glad to change it for me, didn't rush me and multitasked well. Best McDonald's experience I've ever had.

Drive thru: Service is always nice, they always greet you with a smile. Best pouring conitos! ❤

The entrance to this place is weird coming from the north side of the main road but anyway the touch screen menus is pretty cool, I think it takes longer than an actual human at the cash register but it still feels better. I don't know why everyone goes to the drive through when it takes no time to park and order inside much faster, is it laziness? It's fine with me because there's never a line inside when there's a huge line outside. Get those chicken tenders

Definitely nice! They may not have the best customers! BUT STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN NICE TO ME!!

Staff hands down the best and friendliest of them all.
Will help you decide what you want and steer your the right way when it comes to trying something new.
I say if your in the area and need a quick bite at a nice and clean spot come here

Fast service through the drive thru and fries were hot and delicious!

The manager Larissa was the best! We had a large group of special needs children and she was a great help. She helped make what could have been a chaotic experience, a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you!

Always has been a nice McDonald's but the new remodel is fantastic! The new touch screen kiosk to order is so amazing, and everyone who worked there was friendly, and helpful. Definitely worth a stop to at least see the new remodel!

Rating based on other McDonald experiences. Drive through moved really quickly during peak hours. Food is consistent with every other. Service was friendly and quick.

Excellent experience with the new kiosk inside the remodeled McDonald's. The young girl that assisted me was very pleasant and nice. You can order from the kiosk and then she delivered the food right to my table. Excellent Improvement.
